magnum pi: The saviors secret

chapter 7

Emma walked into the compound wondering what top secret Mrs. Star had for her. "Oh good your here, come into my office. Mrs. Star said. Emma followed as she was lead to Mrs. stars off. the door closing behind her. "So what is this top secret mission you have for me?" I asked. "your going to break into a MI6 agents house to get information out of him. his name is Ron Burke and I need you to find out everything he knows about Darkshade." she said. "Ok when?" I asked. "Tonight, so get ready your going on your first solo mission."Mrs. Star said.

as Emma walked out of the office she was not sure what to make of this mission. she was starting to think she should try and get out of this mission. she went to her computer and started looking into this Ron burke but she didn't find anything. She went outside to try and call Director Barnett but she didn't answer and neither did watts. She knew if she left she would look suspicious but she really didn't have a good feeling about any of this. she just wanted out and to go home and pretend none of this ever happened. After a few minutes Emma decide to go back inside and just pretend like nothing had happened.

Meanwhile back in Hawaii its 10 am

Higgins was chatting with an old friend William Parrish from her MI6 days who was telling her about the group Darkshade. "Does MI6 have any leads on this group?" Ask Higgins. "No but they where recently hacked and MI6 doesn't know what was taken" explained William. "Well that makes me a little worried." Admitted Higgins. "Anyway is there any updates on your missing daughter?" William asked. "No and I'm so worried that where not going to find her." Admitted Higgins. "Well this might not be anything but I do know that Darkshade brought in a young girl about a month ago." Said William. "Do you know anything about the girl?" Asked Higgins. "No but I will see what I can find out." Promised William. "Thank you William." Said Higgins. "I will let you know when I found out anything but Higgins most likely this isn't your daughter." Stated William. "I know." Said Higgins. "Juliet if she's anything like you and her father, she will be fine." Assured William as he hung up the phone.

Higgins walked out of her office and over to the guest house where magnum had created a makeshift office. "So how did your chat go with William." Questioned Magnum. "Fine but William mentioned that one of his MI6 contacts told him MI6 had been hacked by a terrorist group called Darkshade and that MI6 doesn't know what was taken." Explained Higgins. "Wow that's crazy does MI6 have any leads?" Asked Magnum. "He told me MI6 has intel that Darkshade recruited a young girl around the time Emma went missing." Explained Higgins. "That's probably just a coincidence." Stated Magnum. "I know but William said he would look into it." Said Higgins. "Well once he comes back and confirms it not Emma then maybe you will be relived." Hoped Magnum. "I wont be relived until we find her." Cried Higgins as she burst into tears. Magnum got up and pulled Higgins into his arms. "Juliet where going to find her, I promise you I wont give up till I do." Reassured Magnum as he pressed his lips onto hers. they pulled apart and just stared into each others eyes as magnum brushed his fingers through Higgins hair. Magnum knew he had to find Emma not only for his sake but for Higgins. Higgins hadn't been doing well, even thought she was hiding it magnum could tell.

He just didn't know where else to look. Little did he know that the mystery of what happened to his little girl was about to be revealed.

Meanwhile back in London. its 9 pm

Emma was outside of an apartment building about to do her assignment. Mrs.Star had given her a key card so that she could get into the building but it would be Emma's responsibility to get into the room. she pulled out the keycard and slid it thought the scanner to get into the building. once she was in she headed for the elevator and went up to the 8th floor. She walked to room 803 but was surprised to see that it was already open. She nervously walked in and saw the dead boy of a woman on the floor, It looked as if she had been shot. she then noticed someone else standing by the Balcony door. "Good your here." Said director Barnett as she handed Emma a gun. "Director Barnett what are you doing here?" Emma asked "HAHA you naive little girl, my name isn't Kate Barnett its Kyra Peterson, That woman on the floor is the real Kate Barnett and the gun your holding is the murder weapon." Smirked Kyra

Emma dropped the gun. "you lied to me." Emma Cried.

"I know,MI6 should be here any minute to arrest you." Snickered Kyra.

"You set me up." Cried Emma.

"I know and it was so easy. now I'm off to kill your mom." Said Kyra as she headed for the door.

Emma watched Kyra leave and before she could even move she heard sirens. she ran out the door and headed for the stairs but as she got to the 4 floor she could hear the sounds of MI6 agents coming so she ran out of the stairwell and into another apartment which thank god was empty. she then climbed over the balcony and was able to easily climb down to the next one and she continued to do that till she was down and then she ran and ran as fast as she could not knowing where she was going.

Meanwhile in Hawaii

"Higgins was sitting in her office with magnum when her phone rang.

"Higgins have you seen what going on in London?"Asked William

"No what's happen?" Asked Higgins.

"Turn on the news." Replied William.

Higgins got on her laptop and found a live news report. Magnum got up from his chair and walked over to stand behind Higgins.

Breaking news tonight in London Kate Barnett the Director of MI6 has just been found murdered. we don't know much but, only that MI6 believes her killer to be a one Emma Katherine magnum an 18 year old American girl from Hawaii.

"How bad is this?" Questioned Thomas.

"Bad really bad, Magnum she could be facing multiple terrorism and assassination charges if she's caught." Worried Higgins.

"Juliet your daughters 18 and because of the seriousness of what she is being accused of she could be given the death penalty." Added William.

"I thought the UK abolished the death penalty?" Questioned Magnum.

"We did but for cases as serious as this, it can be given." Explained Higgins.

"We have to go to the U.K and find our daughter." Magnum cried.

"Already putting in a request for MR.Masters private jet." Said Higgins.

"Juliet I promise I will do everything I can to find Emma and keep her safe till you get here." William Promised.

"We couldn't ask you to do that, If you get caught You"ll go to prison too." said Higgins

"I know but I'm not offering. If I get arrested so be it. " Confirmed William.

"Thank you, Just be careful." pleaded Higgins.

"I will, I call if I find her." promised William as he hung up.

Higgins looked at magnum Worriedly. why was her daughter in the UK and why was she being accused of murdering the director of MI6.
