"Hey, bags all packed?" Louis asked as he shuffled down the stairs with his hands full of luggage.
"All set. Mine and Arabella's are already in the car," Elisa smiled back before taking his suitcase from him, "you were abnormally fast packing."
Louis eyed her for a second, knowing he took his time picking his outfits out but he took pride in what he put on, "Harry packed for me last night," he muttered, his boyfriend putting himself in charge of the task.
"What would you do without him?" Elisa teased him, only laughing more as she saw his face heating up.
Louis knew he couldn't say anything though, because even at this point he was questioning that himself.
"Did he pack all the new clothes he picked out for you when you two went shopping?"
Louis let out a huff as he heard her snickering, "I needed casual clothes, I didn't have any," he tried to defend himself as he grabbed his keys and wallet.
"Oh Louis don't act like you didn't love going," she rolled her eyes, "Harry sent me pictures of you trying things on and-"
"He what?" Louis snapped his head to her, "since when does he have your number?"
"He asked for it to trade recipes," Elisa grinned at him, "plus to talk about yo-"
"No," Louis stopped her as she started to smirk at him, "please, you cannot embarrass me this weekend, or any weekend we're away, or whenever he's with us," he tried not to beg.
"Louis I do not embarrass you."
Louis raised his eyebrows at her, never knowing how much she could embarrass him until his boyfriend came around, "you and Harry feed off each other when it comes to me, you two love to make fun of me."
"Because we're the only people in the world who can get away with it," Elisa smiled at him before squeezing his shoulder, "c'mon Arabella, your daddy is finally done packing so we can go!" she yelled towards the stairs, sending the blue eyed man a quick wink before taking his suitcase out to the car.
Louis tried not to mumble to himself as he waited for his toddler to barrel down the stairs. Almost too happy when Arabella ran into his legs so it gave him something else to focus on other than the weekend of embarrassment he was bound to get.
"Daddy we no leave without Harry!" Arabella said quickly as she watched her father lock the door behind them.
"We're gonna pick him up sweetheart, don't you worry," Louis chuckled as he adjusted the bag on his shoulder and skipped down the steps.
The 3 year old was quick to cheer at hearing that, but her attention was quickly taken away at seeing what they were driving in.
Even if she was shrieking in his ear at the sight of the limo, Louis was smiling. They only ever do this for when they drive to the Hamptons and it being their first trip of the year he wasn't all that shocked she was excited. He could say he was probably just as excited as his toddler, but he was just better at keeping it in.
He may have had to fight Arabella a little bit to get her into her carseat, but his eyes were quickly crinkling again as soon as they were on their way to pick up Harry.
The entire car ride to the theater Louis' leg was bouncing and he could barely keep up with what Arabella was saying. The only thing occupying his mind was this time away not just with his daughter, but Harry too. This was a little vacation for them, and a first at that. The nerves that Louis felt when they first started dating were slowly creeping up on him. What might happen or what could possibly come up while they're with each other for days back to back.
