the group arrived in vegas shortly after and made their way to the air bnb.
"ok everyone get ready we are headed to the chapel in 3 hours!" druski announced as everyone scurried to their rooms.
juliet put her things down and went into the bathroom. she sighed as she turned her phone on. 10 missed calls from her mom and 3 from her dad. she called her mom.
"hello!!" coco yelled immediately picking up the phone.
"hi" juliet replied.
"brooks get over here! juliets on the phone. what do you think you're doing?" coco asked.
"i'm sorry i couldn't tell you guys sooner but just know i'm happy."
"so you just run away like a little child?"
"no in fact i'm doing this because i'm no longer a child. this is the first big adult thing i've ever done. you guys raised me to be strong and independent and follow my heart and that's exactly what i'm doing. fighting with you made me realize i don't want a big fancy wedding, all i want to do is marry jack. i hope you guys can at least respect my decision to do so."
coco was quite for a minute. "oh honey i'm sorry for trying to pressure you into something you didn't want" she said.
"we just want you to be happy" brooks said.
"and i am" juliet said.
"we love you so much dove."
"i love you guys too"
"now go out there and marry the man you love" coco said.
juliet hung up the phone and let a couple happy tears drip from her eyes.
"you ok baby" jack said coming up behind her and kissing her forehead
"never better" juliet said smiling. "now go get ready!"
jack laughed as he walked out of the room.
juliet started on her makeup as the girls eventually came into her bathroom.
"you look so beautiful already" tay said kissing her cheek.
"me? you guys look so fucking good" coco said.
she continued working on her makeup as the girls ran around the bathroom doing her hair and steaming her dress.
juliet took a look at herself in the mirror as started tearing up.
"you're gonna make me cry stop it!" alexa yelled.
the girls all stood in a circle.
"thank you guys so much for being here today." juliet said smiling at them all.
"oh of course lovie" meg said.
"you look so beautiful" doja said.
jack then entered the room and looked at juliet tears brimming his eyes. "i love you so much" he said walking over to her.
juliet took his hands. "i love you too. are you ready to do this?"
"absolutely"
they shared a beautiful kiss as their friends all cheered. they all made their way out of the cars.
