Hiccup:

It's time. The dragon raids began, the alarm sounded, and the food stolen. I joined the fight.

I launched into the air and gained altitude, giving myself a good view to assess the situation. Gronckles, Nadders, Monstrous Nightmares, Zipplebacks, maybe another Night Fury? Probably not. I roared, obtaining the attention of a few dragons. They looked both alarmed and confused. "It's alright, I'm a friend of dragons. I am here to help you." They seemed to relax a bit after asserting my allegiance.

I peered at the blue Nadder to my left and the yellow Gronckle to my right. "You take my left wing, you take my right. We'll dive bomb the sheep pen and grab as many as we can. Cover each other." They nodded and we dove.

Astrid:

"What!?" I woke as a pained voice yelled from behind me. Snotlout. Again. I turned around and glared at him.

"Heh... please don't kill me!" He yelled. I couldn't tell if he was being sarcastic because killing him was not the last thing on my mind.

"Ugh." I rolled my eyes and stormed off.

"Wait! We need your help. The dragons are attacking! Again." My eyes widened and I ran, grabbing my pack on the way. Snotlout's voice slowly dissipated into the background and all I could hear was a few birds, my own feet against the forest floor, and my heavy breathing.

Hiccup:

"Ok ok ok... now!"  I roared to the two dragons beside me as they began to fire at the nearest vikings. They each managed to grab two sheep and I gave my own woolly menace to a nearby Monstrous Nightmare. I swooped back up into the clouds, preparing for another dive-bomb attack, this time aiming for their Great Hall. A distraction will help the other dragons.

I began to dive, picking up speed, going, going, the nothing. I saw it coming, but froze. It appeared to be in slow motion - a bola. Before I could react, rocks connected to each other with rope wrapped around my body and became tangled. My wings pinned to my body and my tail ensnared, I fell out of the sky.

As I fell I saw a flash of blond hair, blue eyes, and a familiar blue shirt. I should have known. Then, as I hit the forest floor of the cove, nothingness.
