Author's POV

Exams. Just hearing the name of that thing, you start panicking, well, most of us. There are some weirdos who love taking exams, but let's not talk about them. Exams are the worst enemies of dumb humans like some of us. The more efficiently you study the better grades you get, well unless you study the wrong thing, then...But there are still people who study hard but do not get good grades, for them, it's just bad luck that's beside them, or maybe something else.

Namjoon was panic studying. His finals were in a week and he was NOT ready for it. There was too much to study and too much to memorise. His morals can obviously not allow him to cheat in the exam or may I say that he was being a sissy. But still, he didn't want to cheat, but at this point, he could see no way out except for just studying or becoming a monk and giving up everything in life.

To Namjoon, this just felt like driving a car on an empty highway with no speed limits. But the car's on fire and there are thousands of terrorists shooting at him from behind with machine guns and endless stocks of bullets. Jin was helping Namjoon memorise some things and giving him some tips on how to not panic and still remember everything during exams.

"Ok, tell me, have you finished and memorised your outlines," Jin asked. "I DON'T KNOW! I LITERALLY DON'T KNOW WHAT I HAVE TO DO ANYMORE!" Namjoon shouted. "OK, ok, take deep breaths in and deep breaths out." Namjoon followed. "Yes, just like that. Now, tell me, what do you still have to do? Check the list that you made just now." Namjoon calmed down, rubbed his forehead and checked the checklist. "I have finished memorising my outlines. I completed all my case studies. And my goal for studying for 12 hours has been achieved as well." "So what do you have to do next?" Jin asked although he already knew.

Namjoon sighed while closing his eyes and opening them again. "I have to go and take a break." "And how are you going to do that?" "By either taking a nap, watching kdrama, or going to take a walk in the park?" "What do you think is the best option after you have been staring at your computer and books endlessly? "taking a nap or going out for a walk." "What do you want to do then?" "Go outside for a walk?" "Ok let's do that. Don't forget to grab your phone and money." "Yes, mother!" "Bruh, I ain't your mama!" Jin said in a sassy voice."

"You are more caring than my actual mother, though," Namjoon said. Jin didn't reply and just kept quiet.

Namjoon walked through the street art alley with his half-eaten corn dog. He admired the walls covered with various colours and doodles. He loved the vibes that were coming out of them. "It's sometimes nice to take a break, isn't it?" "Yeah, you were right. Sometimes I feel like you are my personal therapist and then sometimes my mother." Jin chuckled. "Yeah, I'm aware." "You know, when I die, I promise I will help you with whatever you're trying to get back. I will still help you now...if it's possible."
