The view of JK

for the last 11 years,

Deborah and Nelson were looking at me. My face got pale and I didn't reply to him, I just hung up. Wes and Benjamin looked at me, confused. "There coming." I said and I started walking faster. I don't know why I walked faster, we didn't have anywhere to go. I remembered that there wasn't only one Syntec location. 

So we went to 'Syntec location #3' which is almost abandoned now. It didn't take that long to get there, but Wes and Benjamin weren't staying focused. They were walking as slow as humanly possible, while I was literally running. I didn't want to ditch them though, especially Wes. After a few more minutes I could see the third location. 

I looked back at Wes and Benjamin, and I realized why they were having so much fun and laughing. Wes has been held captive for the last 11 years, he hasn't really been with a 'friend' I guess it was nice for both of them. Even though they have a three year age gap they are pretty much alike. They are almost the same height and have the same interest, and they used to weigh the same. 

I think they started to notice that I would periodically look back at them because I could hear Benjamin counting 1...2...3 and then I would look back. It had been a few more minutes and I could see Syntec location #3. I had stopped looking back at them for a little while now, but I decided to just in case they hadn't seen that we were almost there. I looked back, they weren't there. I just stood there for a second while my eyes widened. 

I had no clue what to do. I walked back a little ways just to see if they had sat down for a second or something, there they were, hiding behind a bush. Amateurs. "What the heck? Yall common, we are almost there." I said. I started walking again. They ran in front of me, like four year olds. I rolled my eyes and said "Calm down and quit acting like little kids, okay?" "Yes, ma'am" they both said. We made it to the back door, it was unblocked surprisingly. I

 opened it and Benjamin said "Wait I'm so stupid" and moved his head a little. I started walking in and said "Yeah, I know." "Deb and Nelson probably knew we were coming here and booby trapped it." He said as he pulled me from inside. I didn't think of that, but he was probably right. "Well what would we do instead Mr. Cobalt" I said with an attitude. You could since how annoyed him and Wes were with me. "I don't know, do you have any ideas, Wes?" He said. I didn't think of asking Wes, but it was a good idea.

 I mean he has been held captive and had nothing to do for all these years, except think. He paused and looked down at the ground for a second, and then he started looking behind me. Into the alley way.There was a red car. He said that it 'brought back memories' but he just didn't know where they were from. It had 'slipped' his mind.
