Chapter 2

Felix walked into the first class of the day, setting down his belongings and taking his seat next to Hyunjin. 

"Good morning!" Hyunjin smiled, handing Felix a chocolate chip muffin from out of his bag. Felix licked his lips, mouth watering at the sight of the delicious food he was forbidden to eat. His best friend often snuck his sweets every day, given his parents wouldn't let him eat anything with sugar. 

"I love you so much." Felix groaned, happily accepting the muffin and taking a bite. He moaned at the taste, eyes rolling back at the sweet flavor. He rarely got to eat sweets, often being forced to eat foods like brussels sprouts because his parents feared him becoming overweight. 

"That's why I am here after all." Hyunjin smirked, only for it to fall the second Jeongin walked into class. "H-hi.." He awkwardly said, shyly waving at the boy he had been crushing on for years. 

"Hey, Jinnie." Jeongin smiled sweetly, causing the tall boy to blush a deep red. Hyunjin nervously giggled, watching Jeongin take his seat in the back of the classroom. 

"Jinnie?" Felix smirked, wiggling his eyebrows suggestively. 

"Yeah! What about it?" Hyunjin shot back, sticking out his tongue while blushing. 

"When are you going to ask him out? We are seniors now and high school doesn't last forever." Felix questioned, taking a bite of his muffin. 

"I-I don't know!" Hyunjin sighed, he really didn't know. He's liked Jeongin for so long, but could never gain the courage to even say more than two words to the boy. Jeongin was Hyunjin's type all in one. He was sweet and quiet, mysterious almost, and extremely cute. That intimidated Hyunjin more than anything. 

"I don't even know if he's gay!" Hyunjin whispered, eyes darting from Felix to Jeongin. Jeongin was too engrossed in a book to acknowledge the two boys staring at him. "He dated Seungmin." Felix deadpanned, rolling his eyes at his best friend. 

"But he's only ever been with girls after that point. He could've just been experimenting!" 

Felix tried to listen closely, but failed the second a new face walked into the door. This person was clearly new given it was the middle of the semester, and he's never seen the guy before. He looked dark and mysterious, wearing all black clothes and chains. He had dark eyeshadow on his eyes and earbuds to block people out in his ears. 

The new guy looked bored, walking all the way to the back of the classroom to take a seat. He ignored the lingering eyes of all the curious students, scrolling on his phone to keep himself busy. 

"Felix! Felix!" Hyunjin called out, snapping the blonde back into reality. Hyunjin was too busy with the topic of Jeongin to even acknowledge the new student who walked through the door.

"W-what?" Felix asked, eyes locking back onto his best friend. 

"We were talking about Jeongin!" Hyunjin scowled, crossing his arms with a pout decorating his features. 

"I'm sorry." Felix apologized. "Do you know who that is?" Felix asked, subtly pointing to the new addition to the class. Hyunjin looked backwards, eyes skimming the classroom to look for a new face. He met eyes with the mysterious chocolate haired male, quickly turning back to face Felix. 

"I have no idea who that is, but he's really fucking hot." Hyunjin whispered. 

"I guess he is new." Felix shrugged, looking back at the strange character. He looked like he belonged on the cover of a Rolling Stones magazine, yet the look suited him super well. He definitely pulled it off. 

"Too bad I'm in love with Jeongin." Hyunjin sighed. Felix was about to respond before their teacher walked into class. Felix threw his garbage away quickly, taking out all of his belongings he needed to get started. He pushed his round glasses up, before waiting for the teacher to speak.

"Good morning class." Mrs. Gwan's sweet voice called out. 

"Good morning." The whole class mumbled back, too tired to care. 

"We have a new student joining us today." Mrs. Gwan pointed to the mysterious boy from earlier. It was pretty obvious he was the new student after all. All figures in the room turned towards said male. 

"This is our new student, Bang Chan. Please welcome him to our class and treat him well." The man known as Bang Chan let out a forced smile before waving awkwardly towards the kids in the room. Felix looked at Chan, eyes darting up and down the man's figure. He was muscular, decently built for somebody in high school. 

He carried a bored expression, one that looked almost lifeless. His ears were decorated with dangly earrings while his neck was decorated with thick chain necklaces. His outfit was all black and he wore thick chunky combat boots.

His left eyebrow had a slit in it while his right eyebrow was complimented with a piercing. His eyes were decorated with subtle eyeliner and dark eyeshadow. Felix couldn't help but feel intrigued by the new student. It wasn't everyday you see somebody with such a unique style. Felix thought that the new student was beyond cool.  He would love to be friends with a guy like that. 

Everybody's attention quickly went back to their teacher who began starting the lesson. Felix tried to focus on his work, but he couldn't resist the urge to look back at Chan, so that's exactly what he did. 

Throughout the whole lesson he kept glancing at the figure who wasn't even paying attention to Mrs. Gwan. Instead, he hiding his phone while texting on it, too busy to notice Felix's constant stares. His earbuds rested in his ears which were covered by the hood of his jacket. He looked so interesting to Felix. 

"Felix, is everything okay?" Mrs. Gwan asked, noticing that her star student wasn't taking notes. 

"O-oh! Yes, please forgive me." Felix shyly responded, hating all the looks his classmates were giving him. He knew he needed to write down notes and he was going to, but he just needed to look at Chan one more time. 

The blonde looked back, heart skipping a beat when he saw Chan looking back. He looked away quickly, face heating up in embarrassment. He glanced at Hyunjin who was giving him a worried look. He only smiled, writing down his notes frantically while hoping the class would finally come to an end.
