"Stupid bitch!" Minho yelled, shoving Jisung into the lockers. A gang of student flooded the hallway, gathering around the two.
"Get in my way like that again I swear!" He shouted, slamming his hand against the locker. Jisung let out a loud whimper, flinching at the loud noise. Students were laughing and recording, some were standing by not mouthing a word.
Felix held tightly onto the straps of his book bag, Hyunjin by his side doing the same thing. They hated how Jisung got treated, even if they didn't like him.
The blonde couldn't help but search for Chan during all of this. He hasn't spoken to him within their last tutoring session. The brunette's words rang through his head like a bell that refused to stop.
He genuinely wanted to believe that his parents didn't think of him in such ways. He was obviously more than just some prize to show off and brag about to all the parents at their church. He was more than just his grades and image.
Felix scanned the crowd of people, eyes locking onto Chan who was standing there with his usual blank expression. He seemed more irritated today for some reason, gripping tightly onto the strap of his book bag that hung from one shoulder, knuckles turning white.
He watched the scene before him, leaning against the locker closest from Minho and Jisung. Felix watched the brunette pull out his phone, eyes scamming over what he could only assume was a message. His expression changed for a split second, displaying a hint of sadness and anger. He nibbled the skin on his lips, tucking his phone into his back pocket. He continued to watch the scene like everybody else.
Felix was surprised Chan had even stayed to watch the fight. He wasn't easily entertained by such things like violence and drama. Normally he would skip out on such a display, but today was different for the brunette.
"I'll fucking ruin you!" Minho shouted into the small boy's face. The bully slowly leaned in, raising a hand to get ready to slap Jisung once more. Jisung shut his eyes tightly, bracing for impact only for it to never come. He slowly opened his eyes, a red hue decorating his cheeks the second he saw how close Minho was to his face.
The purple haired boy sucked on his usual lollipop, nose two centimeters away from Jisung's. Any closer and they'd basically be kissing at this point.
"You like when I'm this close to you, don't you? It turns you on?" Minho growled, not caring about the other students who watched. He slowly leaned into Jisung's ear, whispering something to the boy that made his whole face change into a look or horror.
Felix glanced at Chan, heart beat picking up when he saw Chan was already looking back. His expression was unreadable, he looked like he was pissed, slowly walking up to the pair that was fighting.
"What are you doing here?" Minho asked, eyes locking onto Chan, eyes traveling up and down while he sucked on his lollipop.
"Leave him alone." Chan spoke, voice stern and dark. Minho only scoffed, taking the candy out of his mouth.
"And what if I don't?" The purple haired boy asked, growing more irritated by the sudden altercation. Nobody ever stood up to him before.
"Do you really want to know?" Chan questioned, face void of emotions while everybody else watched. Felix examined all three men closely. Jisung tried his best to slowly sneak away from the two, seeing now was his best chance.
"Don't fucking move!" Minho shouted, grabbing Jisung by the collar of his shirt. That was all it took for Chan to shove Minho against the lockers, forearm resting against his throat. Felix looked around, trying to find if there were any teachers in sight. He sighed when he saw none. They were so bad at their job.
"I like it rough." Minho smirked, lollipop now on the floor. Jisung quickly ran away, nearly falling in the process. "What is he doing?" Hyunjin asked, watching the scene too.
"I have no idea, but he's so cool!" Felix giggled, growing more intrigued with Chan each day. Nobody ever stood up to Minho. Chan was the first person to do such a thing. Felix couldn't help but wonder why he stood up for Jisung though. Chan didn't like drama, he also hated getting involved with people. People like Jisung weren't worth his time, he made that very clear.
Did Chan like Jisung? Felix's stomach felt queasy at the thought for some reason. Why would he care? Chan has a boyfriend so there's no way he likes Jisung, but then again he called Felix hot not even a week ago. What's stopping him from flirting with multiple people if that's the case?
"You let him get away!" Minho pouted, bursting out into a fit of laughter. "I'll fucking ruin your life new kid." He added in, spitting in his face.
The brunette didn't react, applying more pressure onto Minho's throat. "There's not much to ruin." Chan said, shoving Minho away harshly. The purple haired boy fell onto the floor, coughing hysterically. "You'll regret spitting on my face." Chan threatened, wiping away the fluid that landed on his cheek. All the kids fell silent when Chan walked away, their eyes glued onto his dark and mysterious figure.
"Pay attention to your surroundings from this point forward Bang Chan! I'll fucking ruin you!" Minho screamed loudly, getting up from the ground and walking the other way. Felix and Hyunjin spared each other questionable glances.
"What the fuck just happened?" Hyunjin asked. "I have no idea, but oh my god! Did you see Chan?!" Felix squealed, clinging onto Hyunjin's arm tightly.
"He's so cool! He stood up to Minho! Bang Chan stood up to Lee Minho!" Felix couldn't stop giggling. For some reason this made Chan even more interesting and intriguing. He wanted to be his friend so bad, he didn't care what he had to do at this point. Sure Chan looked scary in that moment, but he also looked so fucking cool too.
"Somebody has a crush." Hyunjin said, suggestively wiggling his eyebrows. Felix gasped loudly, slapping Hyunjin in the arm.
"Absolutely not!" Felix said in defense, making Hyunjin raise a brow in question.
"You sure about that?" His best friend asked, walking by his side to class. "I am positive. I don't like him like that Hyunnie. I just want to be his friend is all." Felix explained.
"Besides, I'm straight." He giggled, walking to first period.
