When New Years arrived, it had started to snow. And there was supposed to be a snowstorm. But the weather hasn't decided yet. Mother nature couldn't figure what to do snow or rain. This time it would be in the Jeffersons home. Everyone was already over there. And I needed to hurry up. I had stayed behind to get ready. Since I had to finish shopping, my mother let me use her car so yeah.

"It's okay," I picked Ceres up. "I'll change you in a bit."

I laid her in her crib. Needed to shower quickly. I made sure to keep any blankets from her. I went in and undressed. The water was so, warm. I let it relaxed my body. I have to hurry up, don't want to leave Ceres alone. Hurrying up, I finished in 30 minute tops. I went into my room to get dressed.

But she wasn't in her crib. I started panicking. I quickly dressed. I looked around, only to find Reaper appear out of nowhere. But he didn't have Ceres.

"Where is she?" I asked.

'Why you ask?' He laughed. 'Told you not to leave our daughter alone.'

"Reaper this ain't funny," I pushed him. "Where is she?"

'In her crib,' he said.

I looked, and there she was. But she wasn't there a moment ago. I glared.

'Illusion,' he said. 'Don't leave Ceres alone. And don't let him carry her ever again.'

"Ah, you're so, bossy!" I yelled and brushed my hair. He pulled me back. "Hey! Let go; I have to get ready. You're going to make me late."

'You can't go, not out their,' he said. 'Snowstorm is approaching.'

"If I stand here, talking to you, then I won't make it on time," I said and stepped back. "Now go away."

He did go away. I was mean to him. Didn't mean to, but he becoming more bossy lately. I got ready. Next I dressed Ceres. This time in normal clothes. A red dress with white stocking. And add on some socks, and boots. Making sure she stays warm. Than the lights went off. Oh great. I picked her up and walked to the window. It was raining. Oh no no. This can't be happening to me. I'm not about to drive in this weather. What should I do?

"I'll drive you," I turned around to see Riley. "Come on," Reaper told me not to go with him and to not speak to him. But he's going to the same place as me.

"Okay," I said. I grabbed my bag and the diaper bag. I followed Riley out and toward the car. The house was four blocks down. But it's was better to drive than walk. I didn't have Ceres car seat. I got in the passenger side and held Ceres. I knew Reaper would have my head later.

Riley drove slow because the roads where icy and this rain was making It hard. But something wasn't right. Riley gripped the steering wheel like he was in pain.

"You okay?" I asked.

"Yeah," he said. He did not look okay.

"Ah, this isn't the street," I said.

"Oh my bad," he sighed. "Wasn't paying attention." He made a few turns this wasn't good. He must've had done it on purpose.

Why am I so, stubborn? I should've had listened to Reaper. I searched for my phone. Oh no, I left it in my drawer. Crap. Holding Ceres, I looked at Riley.

"Okay just turned back," I said.

"We'll get there," he said.

"Riley I'm serious, go back," I said.

"What afraid of me?" I tensed up. "You are afraid of me."

"No I'm not, stop the car," I said. "Now."
