"Holy moly," Kenny said. "Hurry, don't want to get drenched." We ran across the parking lot toward the school gates. And we ran inside toward the cafeteria. It hasn't stopped raining since yesterday.

"Phew that was close," I said. We went to get breakfast. I got me some bagel and cream cheese, milk, juice, and cinnamon apples.

"Someone's hungry," Kenny said.

"No I'm not pregnant," I said. "I'm on my monthly so that you know."

"Good," Kenny smiled sitting down. He got all the same, except instead of a bagel, he got a bun. "So Andrew and I have been at it. And now I'm back to my old self. I'm not fat anymore."

"Well that's good," I said.

"So I heard Kendra homeschooling now," Kenny said. "And that she's supposed drug and alcohol-free."

"Oh," I looked down. "Well, that's good for Kendra."

We talked for awhile. Kendra isn't a subject I like to talk. But it can't be helped.

Throughout the whole school. The rain wouldn't stop. It just kept on pouring. We had to run to classes. And it got worse. A storm was heading our way. So school was dismissed for the day. Anthony picked me up from school since Andrew picked Kenny up. They had started to live together after the whole little joke.

"Oh, where Ceres?" I asked.

"David is watching her," Antony said.

"What no, Anthony," I sighed. "David a bad influence on her."

"No his not, his just so playful," Anthony chuckled. "Ceres a baby still. Let her enjoy her babies years."

"Fine," I said.

Anthony drove rather slow. Guess he was making sure to drive safe. With all this rain.

"Two more months," I said. "Than school over."

"That's nice," Anthony smiled.

"You'll go to the summer vacation right?" I asked.

"Yes," he said. "Wouldn't miss it for anything."

I smiled. Couldn't wait. I bought Ceres this cute little swimsuit. It will like cute on her. I'm starting to be like Kenny. I quickly get distracted when going to the store, to buy clothes. The baby section always gets to me.

We arrived on time as my parents. "Aren't you coming?" I said.

"Can't, I have work," he said. "You know, it's a rainy day. Lots of things happen."

"Oh right," I kissed him. "Be careful."

"Always am," he said. I got out and went inside.

Ceres was laying in the middle of the hallway, playing with someone's phone. David.

"David!" He came running down the stairs. "I thought I told you not to let her use any electronics."

"But we read like five books," he said. "Ceres deserves it, and anyways I have to run. I have work."

"Yeah yeah, it's rainy day lots of things can happen," I said. He messed my hair up.

"Smart one," he said. "Sorry, Ceres I need my phone back." Ceres handed the phone back. "See you later." I nodded.

"Work in this weather," mom said. "They must work hard then."

"I'll be upstairs," I said picking Ceres up. She suckled on her pacifier.

"Alright dear," my mother smiled.

I carry her upstairs to my room. I set her down. She crawls over to the bean bag chair and sat. Though she sank, I chuckled. Seem she doesn't mind sometimes she uses it as a bed and falls asleep when I do homework. I grabbed the tablet and put on a game for her. I gave it to her she clicked around. David had thought her how to use it. And surprisingly she learned. It keeps her entertained when I'm doing homework or a project.
