Looking down from what you were currently cooking, you saw Chibi Canada tugging at your (skirt/dress/pants leg) with France standing behind him.
Curious, you set the wooden spoon down and crouched down to his hight. "Yes, Canada?"
"Little Mattie here wants to sing a song for you~" France smiled.
"Ah! Really? A song for me?" You ruffled Canada's hair and picked him up.
Canada shyly nodded. "Because you're so special to me, Miss (C/n),"
France did this one weird squeal. "Zhat's so cute~! Go on, go on!"
"Okay, h-here goes nothing... you're my honey bunch, sugar plum, pumpy-yumpy-yumkin, you're my sweetie pie. You're my cuppy cake, gumdrop, snookums-pookums, you're the apple of my eye. And I love you so, and I want to know, that you'll always be right here. And I love to sing, this song for you, because you are so dear!"
When he finished, you cuddled him and squealed like France did. "Oh my goodness, Canada, that was so cute!"
Hugging you back, he replied, "like I said before, because you're so special!"
Suddenly there was a bright flash and three familiar voices.
"Zhat's going into my scrapbook~!"
"I wish Romano would sing to me!"
"How's about jou helping me teach West zhis song?!"
Of course.

How was that? I was half asleep, okay? XD
And I kinda memorized this song (cough I'maloserIknow cough), so I thought it would be fruking adorable if Chibi Canada sang the song to Reader-chan~
