i woke up in the ambulance, i was scared and worried for not just me but my friend too, i did not want to lose Leah, she was my best friend, and best friends stayed side by side through good times and bad times.  i tired to talk but the paramedic said "don't talk", i look around where was Leah was she there all ready was she in a different ambulance, i was scared. soon the ambulance stopped and the door opened,  and there were doctor's waiting, the paramedics said what they had to and then to doctors took it from there, they took me to a room, then they talk to each other, i could understand what they were saying. just then a doctor came over

"you are going to be ok we just need to look at your hand a little better" said the doctor

"where is my friend Leah" i asked

"she is in another room getting taking care of don't worry about her" said the doctor

then they took me to another room called an x-ray room,

"don't move try to stay very still" said the doctor

i was very still and did not move, then the doctor came and took me back to my room i was scared about what they were going to stay they started to clean up all the cuts, and the stitched them up, then my mom and dad came in was very said, i wanted out of here.

"hunny are you OK" asked my mom

"she will be fine but i think we may need to keep her over night just to be safe, and to give her some more blood as she has lost  a lot of blood" said the doctor

i was scared that i would have to stay the night in a different place, i had no idea what to think, any more, just then another doctor came in

"i had bad news she is going to be in a cast for 6 weeks" said the doctor

just great i thought as if it is not bad enough i have to stay now i need to be in cast what about Leah was she OK, what if Leah was not OK, there where so many thing going through my mind, i could not deal with it all.

just then a doctor came in with  bowl and a roll of something then her took the hand that got broke and started putting the stuff on my arm, it felt like it was taking a long time but when he was done my arm felt heavy, and hard, and i did not like it at all i was going to have to get her back, but i would not tell any one.

then another one came in and said something to my parents then she looked at me, i was so worried or was this good news then she came over.

"hi there Samantha, i am going to take to another where were you will be staying with us in till the doctor says you can go home" said the nurse

she took me to a room well my parents where asked questions and had to fill out papers. when i got to the room it was a nice little room with 2 bed both bed had hospital gowns and where for kids, then another girl came in it was Leah. i was so happy to see her.

"we though it would be best if you to were together as you are friends" said the one nurse

then they gave us our gowns and we went to put them one, we were a little scared and hoped those kids got what was coming to them. we hated it in the hospital. doctors coming in every so often to check on us and look at our iv bags to make sure they still had stuff in them.  then a doctor came

"hi i am the doctor that is going you more blood" said the doctor

" OK" we said

then he put another needle in our hand then  hooked a tube to it that was hooked up to a bag of blood, we were scared a bit but it only hurt a little bit not a lot. our parents just got then when they where done, and saw the doctor leaving our room.

"are you ok hunny" said samantha's mom

"yes mommy i am fine" said Samantha

"what about you sweet heart" asked leah mom

"yes i am fine to mom" said Leah

then our parents went to the hall to talk we could hear them crying we wonder why we were fine, so why where they crying, it was kind of crazy day today, i thought. just then my mom came in
