Peter realized after an half hour I had forgotten my bag. He decided to go for a walk to bring it home to me. Even though it hadn't been very long he was so excited just to see me again. He walked through the peaceful night, towards's Mj's. Unaware of the unfolding danger. He could have swung his way there and it would have taken ten minutes. The walk took twenty. He was just so happy and content that it didn't bother him in the slightest.

Eddie had knocked me out and strung up the taxi cab in a large black web. A half hour after taking me, Police discovered the web. Another half hour later I woke up and realized the crappy predicament I was in once again.

Hal Fishman, MetroNews 8 anchor was reporting on the incident.

"All New York is holding it's breath, as the crisis continues to unfold. Just thirty minutes ago police came across this startling sight. Now, a young woman has been discovered being held hostage in a taxi, suspended eighty stories above the ground, in what appears to be a giant web."

Peter had reached Mj's and found no one home. It wasn't like it was a long distance away... He became worried and as he walked back towards the town, he noticed the crowd, looking in on the tv's that were playing the news station.

"Every attempt by the police to rescue the hostage has been thwarted by the Sandman." The tv showed the massive amounts of sand knocking away the SWAT team vehicles. "Compounding the danger is the appearance of a strange black suited figure. Early reports had believed him to be the black suited Spider-Man, but he has now been identified as something entirely different."

Peter watched wide eyed seeing Venom, some how with a different host. He had a terrible gut feeling, with me not being found and this hostage situation at hand. He watched the tv's intently praying it wasn't me. If it was, I had no suit, I was pregnant with his child and there was no way for me to fight two extremely dangerous villains on my own.

"It's just in. The hostage has been identified as Catherine Barrett, the famous Spider-Man and Spider-Woman journalist, for The Daily Bugle and now, The New York Times. Stay tuned as we report live from the scene."

Peter's eyes widened with horror as the video footage from the helicopter, zoomed in to the window of the cab showing me sitting there suspended in the air. He knew he needed to save me. But these two were strong, especially together. He was going to need some help. He put his classic red and blue suit on and swung his way over to his one hope.

"We're now going to take you live to the scene with Jennifer Dugan. Jennifer?" Hal said and the tv screen switched.

"We're only about a hundred feet away now, Hal." She said loudly over the screaming crowds and the frantic officer's."Wait, there seems to be some kind of activity in the web. They seem to be creating some kind of giant lettering."

"SPIDER-MAN STOP US IF YOU CAN."

"Apparently, Spider-Man's being challenged tonight to some sort of confrontation. And that raises serious questions about what kind of chance he alone would stand against such overwhelming..."

Harry had been watching the news and turned it off with a heavy sigh. He was feeling conflicted about what to do. He was still angry about his father, and though I helped him recently he wasn't sure that was enough of a reason to help. But, he thought about the fact that I was pregnant. But it wasn't his baby so who was he to care? He was angry at Peter for what he'd done to his face. His running internal thoughts were interrupted.

"Harry!" Peter said landing in the doorway of the open balcony. Harry only turned halfway. Letting Peter see the still normal side of his face. "I need your help. I can't take them both, not by myself." Harry turned and showed Peter the healing injury on the side of his face. His eye was whitened with some vision loss, scars webbing around his face. Peter saw what he had done to his best friend.
