"Ow!" I yelped. "Oooowwww!" I yelled. "Please stop!" I yelled. I was currently doing push ups. The only problem? Thomas was sitting on my back. "I'm not getting off until you do fifty push ups!" he said, crossing his arms. "What! I don't even wanna do this!" I said. "I don't care. Now, use those chicken bones you call arms and starting working." he said. After what seemed like hours of lifting, I finally hit fifty push ups. You see, the government wants me to stay in shape, and unfortunately, Thomas is supposed to make sure that happens. I got up, relieved at the weight being lifted. "Ok! That was... Decent work." he said. "Yeah. Whatever." I said, laying out on my bed. "Hey hey hey! We're not done here! Track practice is today! So I'll go downstairs, get us some water, while you go put on something less sweaty. It is NOT attractive." With that, he slid down the railing. I closed my door, and picked out some silver shorts, a purple tank top, and my good running sneakers. I threw my hair into a messy ponytail, and jogged downstairs. Thomas, had ice water ready, so we jogged to practice. Well, I jogged. Thomas rode beside me in my mom's golf cart.

Once we got there, Thomas sent me straight to the pull up bar. "Do seventy pull ups, then do a ten minute plank. I'll be watching you." he glared at me, then smiled an innocent look, and strolled off. I jumped onto the pull up bar, and began. Ugh. Stupid Marcus. Stupid government. At least I have a good view of the football players. And they have a view of me. Sweaty and hot. Geez, I must be a sight to see. I was at twenty, still going. I gazed around, noticing someone looking at me. I couldn't recognize his face, so I kept pulling.
Andy's POV
I gazed around, it was a hot one. I was looking for Emma, my girlfriend. Ah, I love thinking about it. She's mine. Finally mine! I felt so happy when she said yes! I know she has track today, but I didn't know where she was. Last time I heard her, she was panting. I wonder what she was up to. I'll go look for her. "Hey coach?" I asked. "Yes Andy?' he spoke gruffly. "I think the team deserves the rest of practice off. Don't you?" I asked. "Yes! Ok everyone! Practice is over!" everyone cheered and scattered off. I changed shoes and grabbed my bag to go find Emma.
Emma's POV
Up, down. Up, down. Ugh. Forty-seven. Geez, Thomas has it out for me. Ugh. Staying in shape sucked. But, I need to run. This also controls my anger. But I'm not angry. Well, a little angry at Thomas, but he's just following Marcus's orders. Oh, well. 51. I heard foot steps, and tried to turn my aching body. I saw a shaggy brown-headed guy. He walked towards me, a smirk on his face. "Hey babe." he said eyeing me. "Umm hi." I said, not stopping my pull ups. "Ain't you fine." he said. I watched his wandering eyes. He took a step closer. "Can I help you?" I asked. He gave off a bad vibe, and I don't want to see Marcus today. "Yeah, you can. Why don't I get your number, so we can hang out sometime?" he stepped closer. "No thanks. I'm in a relationship." I said, stepping down from the bar. Breathing heavily, I watched his muscular body loom over me."That's not an issue." he said. "Please leave me alone." I said, suddenly scared. "I don't think so sweetheart." he said leaning down. Something triggered my nervous system, and I clenched my fists. I felt my body heat up, and my anger with it. "GET THE HELL AWAY FROM ME!" I yelled. I grabbed the bar, and before he could even adjust to what I said, I pulled up, and kicked the soles of my feet into his chest. He flew at least 30 feet. I jumped up on the bar, sitting on it. Trying to cool down, he walked back over, an apparent bleeding forehead. "You're gonna regret that." he said. He reached for my ankles, but I quickly grabbed the bar, kicked my feet under his chin, and flipped backwards, landing on the soles of my feet. Quickly, I jumped up, and raced to Marcus. 'Man, I'm going to be in trouble' I thought. Marcus, can be nice, but doesn't like me getting into fights. I slowed down, looking behind me. He was after me. I stopped, turned around, and held out my fist. When he came running, I swung back, and landed my fist square in his chest, sending him flying backwards. Wiping my hands, I walked towards my garage. I grabbed the keys to my mom's golf cart,(which Thomas had returned) and sped off to the lab.

I saw the familiar gray wall, and stopped. Walking towards it, I pressed my right thumb to the bright green keypad. It scanned it, saying ok. I then grabbed my wallet, And took out a bright yellow card with the letters 'PAAG' written on it. I swiped it, and it was also accepted. Then, I walked towards a small brown dispenser in the wall, and a little red button on a key chain fell out. I walked to my cart, pressed the button, and a door out of the road swung open to a ramp, which I drove under. I saw big metal doors, and drove up to them. I pulled out the same yellow card, and held it out. A large holographic scanner shot out, and the doors opened while my card was scanned. 10 more doors opened to me, and I drove to the big underground parking lot. Finding a space, a parked my cart, and walked to some white doors with the same letters 'PAAG' on them. I pushed then open, and walked into an elevator, clicking the level 3. This will take me up to behind the wall. The elevator opened, and I stepped out. Walking to a sliding door, I slid it open. Everyone stopped drilling, clamping, and cradling to watch me. A brown haired man in a lab coat with rectangle glasses walked up to me. "Emma, what are you doing here?"
