Let's Go Hunting

She's still in a deep breakdown over my near death. I need to do something about her that makes her feel better.

I'll be honest, Fuka in her mature face and grown up really makes her even more beautiful. Add that with her Taixuan Impress outfit. What caused her to grow up unexpectedly though….?

We both sat on the couch watching the latest Ultraman Trigger episode through my phone in front of her, with Fuka leaning on my body, with her sad look.

"Hey Fuka, do you want to join me hunting Houkais? You know…. Just us, having fun." Maybe a hunting date would cheer her up.

"Hmmm…. I'm not in a mood." Just as I thought, she didn't want to.

"Oh come on, it'll be fun! Come on, let's just have fun! Just us!" I'm refusing, I just force her to come along, with my fun voice.

"......No can do…."

"Ahh come on, you're being hesitant. Come! hahaha!" I moved her aside, and pulled her hands out of her couch.

"Eh wait Y/N!"

With Houkais still roaming around, might be a good idea too to collect some resources.

"Oh loook, a chariot type. It's three of them! Let's see what I can do with this sword." So eager to do it. For some reason, I felt more brave than when I encountered a single Houkai back then.

"Y/N…." Fuka's seemed kinda nervous, looking at me marching forward.

Oh here goes those three. I perform a stealth, and kill them without alerting.

I slashed at them, and they just perished like that, leaving some droppings remaining. So they're really defenseless when not alerted.

"Goodnight…." Whoa. I just killed three Houkais in seconds.

"Wow! Water Edge's really awesome. Not bad, Lixue! Fuka, look! Cool right?"

"Ah…. Very cool…." Fuka walked slowly with her still nervous face, so I moved forward to her.

"Come on! Let's go find more!" After giving her my cheered face, I grabbed her hands, and pulled along her.

"Okay…."

"A mecha? Can I really do it?" We encountered a Mecha type, and as far as I know, not all mobs are the same type. Some are very efficient to use this and that.

"Stay low, they're mine." Fuka actually came along with me? Then, I'm getting there!

Fuka slowly approached the mechs from behind, and quickly dealt a strike to them after she's near them. They're obliterated to pieces. She turned to me, and gave me a slight smile.

"Nice, Fuka!" I approached her, excited.

"Let's go hunting, Y/N." She's starting to have more fun, evidenced with her slight happy face. It works! Fuka ran from me, finding some more.

"Now that's what I like! I'll follow you!" I follow her wherever she goes.

After all the mobs getting hunted, we're satisfied, and we're exhausted at the same time, but worth the time and still happy.

We carried the leftovers of mobs to the Hyperion station. After we're storing them in storage, Fuka looked at me with her true happy expression.

"Thank you, Y/N…."

"You're welcome, Fuka! I'm so happy that I can make you happy too!"

"Thanks for lightening me up. You're really my loving man...."

I hugged her, as an "I love you" response, and she embraced me back.

"I'll be more careful next time. I'm sorry that I hurted you." I rubbed her side of her soft bluish gray hair.

"No, Y/N. It's alright, you acknowledged your awareness, so no need to apologize to me." Fuka tapped on both of my shoulders, staring at me.

"Yeah." I responded to her. And suddenly, Fuka started to question me.

"Hey, Y/N?" 

"Yes?"

"Is your hair color changing….?" Huh….? What makes her ask that?? Is she just messing with me?

"Wait what?"

"I'm serious, it's grading to a bluish gray…." I pulled out my phone, and activated the front camera…. She's right….

"Oh…. But how…?" The right side of my hair is starting to change in color slowly…. almost similar to her….

"......" But I never feel something weak in my body, but what causes this….?

"It's alright, Fuka. As long as I am healthy, it's probably just an aesthetic change right?" Anyway, I remained undoubt it. In fact, something tried to tell us that we're really in pairs.

"Just tell me if you feel uneasy…." 

"I will, Fuka." I kissed her head, and she smiled in response.

"Come on, let's get out of here, and rest." We left the storage room, and as usual, rested in my room.
