A/N- This is Elliot. I mostly make these for myself to solidify how I view them and I can go back to it as a reference point, so you guys can imagine him however you want, but this is how I see him.
Nick's POV:
Bean didn't come out of her room in the morning like she usually does.
She's usually awake reading in the kitchen before I'm even awake.
I mean it is Saturday so I'm inclined to just leave her be, but she is always up by this time.
I knocked on her door and waited a solid 20 seconds for a response.
"I'm coming in Bean."
When I walked in I saw tears streaming down her face.
When she saw me it turned into sobs.
"Bean what's wrong?" I asked.
There wasn't any type of response.
Just sobbing.
I went over to her and knelt down by her bed.
"I want my Mom back, I'd go back if Mom was there. I just want my Mom."
"Shit kiddo I know. Is there a reason it's harder today?"
"It's her birthday today.." She put her face in her hands.
"Ok kiddo, what if we did something to celebrate her birthday. We can get a cake, and balloons and order or make her favorite food. How does that sound?"
"You'd really do that?"
"Of course kiddo."
"I'd really like that."
"Ok let's make it happen then. I'll go tell the boys. Think of who all you'd like to invite."
I walked downstairs where everyone was.
"Hey so it's Bean's Mom's birthday today, so she's having a hard day. To help with that we're celebrating the birthday."
"Shit that's intense. How can we help."
"I'll divide up tasks once I have more information on what we need."
We had it all set up.
I had Xander and Emmett take Bean out while we set up.
We're having red velvet cake, with tacos.
We have streamers and decorations everywhere.
Drew is even gonna facetime in.
He wants to be more present in each of the kids lives.
Garren, Emmett, Caleb, Ezra, and Sage are all coming too.
When she walked though the door her eyes lit up and then started to water.
"What's wrong Bean?" Caleb asked.
"Absolutely nothing. Thank you so much."
"Of course kiddo."
We ate dinner and Beans appetite has been getting better recently which is really good.
We listened to her Mom's favorite music.
Cat Stevens.
We watched her favorite Movie.
The Goonies.
She has great taste.
I got another hug from her today.
Overall a wonderful night.
A/N- I'm thinking of having Maisy get a pet. What animal do you think it should be? I'm thinking either a cat or a tortoise?
