Tobias POV

I look over from the drivers seat, at Tris. Damn she is so beautiful. She seems tense though. I wonder what she is thinking about. I hope it has nothing to do with what Christina said. Obviously she hasn't told anyone about what she has feeling or they might be a little more considerate. I pull into a parking spot at "Fight Club Ice Cream Parlor".

A/N: What I did there! :) Because a lot of people say Divergent it like the movie Fight Club. Sorry back to reading!

I can't contain my curiousness any longer.

"Tris, are you ok." I ask looking at her.

"Yeah." She croaks. That's a lie, because she didn't look at me and she started picking at her nails.

"What's wrong." I ask taking her hand.

"Did I really hurt you?" She asks looking at me this time. I can tell she feels bad about it.

"It stung for a couple of minutes, but I'm fine. I'll get used to it. No one has ever thrown to me like that. It's the challenge I need if I want to go pro." I say. She looks out the window again, biting her nails. She's so cute. "Hey," I say softly she slowly looks at me. "I love you. You know that right?" I ask taking her other hand. She nods and leans a little closer.

"I love you too." She says making me smile. I pull her in even more and crash my lips on hers. I love her so much. She is mine. I am never letting her leave me. Ever!

"We should go in." She says pulling away.

"Or we could keep doing that." I say before thinking.

"Or we could get Ice Cream now and continue that later." She says raising her eyebrows. I nod and smile. We both get out of the car. I look to my left seeing a familiar car. Tris takes my hand and starts walking towards the door. I follow still looking at the car. I turn back and open the door for her. She smiles and enters never letting go of my hand. We walk up to the counter.

"Get whatever you want." I whisper in her ear. She nods and looks at the board. I kiss the top of her head.

"What can I get you?" The lady behind the counter asks.

"I'll have a cookie dough surprise." Tris says. I look at the board 4.89 She better not be trying to get cheap stuff.

"I'll have the Dauntless Cake and peanut butter ice cream." I say grabbing my cash. "And another piece of cake for her." I say taking a 20 out. I hand it to the girl and tell her to keep the change.

"Ok, should be done in 10 minutes. We call for you when its ready. Your number is four." She says. I hear Tris giggle a little. We walk toward the booths.

"Hey, I need to go to the restroom. But you find a booth and I'll meet you there." I say. Tris nods and I kiss her cheek. I walk off to the bathroom.

Tris POV

I watch Tobias walk to the bathroom. I turn around to find a booth and I am met with the gaze of Marcus Eaton, from across the room. Anger fills my blood. He walks up to me. He leans down in my face.

"Was that my son with you?" He asks, I can smell the liquor on his breath. I take a step back, thinking I could get drunk off his breath.

"Was it?" He yells in my face. I can't take it anymore. This is the man that hurt my Tobias. The man that locked him in a closet.

"You're an asshole." I whisper back to him.

"What was that...Bitch." He says back in my face. Now others are watching.

"I said, you're an asshole." I scream back to him. Then I replay what he called me in my head and my anger takes me over the top. I grab his shoulder and knee him in the no no area. He falls to the floor. I kick him in the ribs a couple of times before I hear him scream. Must have broken a rib. I then kick him in the head. He's out cold. I take a step back breathing heavily.

Tobias POV

I was washing my hands when this guy comes running.

"Hey you!" He yells. I look up and point at myself. He starts nodding rapidly. "That girl you came with, is kicking some old guys ass." He says. My eyes widen and I sprint out of the bathroom. I run to the table area and see Tris kick Marcus in the gut. He screams out in pain. She must have broken a rib. I then watch her kick him in the head. His eyes roll to the back of his head. Out cold. Everyone starts cheering as Tris takes a step back breathing hard. I walk up behind her. I don't touch her in case she's still riled up. I don't want to end up like Marcus.

"Tris?" I say softly. She turns quickly and see's me. She doesn't even look like she broke a sweat. I then look behind her and see Marcus stand up. Shit! He stumbles for a second and I watch him pick up a chair. I push Tris behind me and wait for the hit. Nothing happens. I open my eyes and see Marcus being arrested. I take a deep breath. I feel Tris wrap her hands around my arm, tightly. I turn and face her. She just hugs me.

"Thank you son. You helped a lot in the investigation. And Ma'am don't bother coming in for questioning. We watched and heard the whole thing. Self defense was on your side tonight. Enjoy your dessert." The officer says to me and Tris. I hear her sigh in relief. I just hold her closer.

"Four" The girl behind the counter says. I immediately let go of Tris and grab the food.

"Did you find a booth?" I ask trying to lighten the mood. She just laughs and points at the one in the back corner. She links her arm through mine and we walk to the booth. She sits across from me smiling.

"Thank you." I say handing her, her piece of cake.

"For what?" She asks taking it. "You payed."

"No, for doing the one thing I couldn't. Beat Marcus." I say tensing at his name.

"That's why were perfect together, because what I can't do you can, and what you can't I can." She says eating a piece of cake.

"I love you so much!" I say taking a bite too.
