I waited at my locker for Calum my bestfriend so we could go to lunch together.
I ignored the people staring at my bright pink hair. The stares and things people say about me never really bother me. I was happy with my different hair colors and gaming obsession and sticking out of the whole school.
"Heyyy Mike" Calum says running over to me.
"Cmon lets go im hungry" I say grabbing his arm and dragging him to the cafeteria.
"Slow down there" Calum says laughing.
I let go of his arm as we enter the cafeteria and eat our lunches sitting down at our usual table. The rest of the day passed as a blur. Me and Calum decided to meet up at the theater later that day to watch The Amazing Spiderman Movie.
Later That Day
We got our tickets and food and went to go find out which theater room we where in. I look over at Calum about to ask him something when someone smacks into me sending my popcorn and drink flying.
I closed my eyes as his drink came flying at me and spilling all over my shirt and pants.
"Mikey you look hilarious" I hear Calum say laughing.
I opened my eyes to see my shirt and pants soaked and dripping of what seemed like root beer and I put my hand threw my hair popcorn falling out.
I look in front of me pissed. I was ready to yell my balls off at him for bein blind and shit but instead I find a blonde guy on the ground with pink shoes black skinny jeans and a light pink shirt brushing popcorn off his clothes.
He must've felt my glaring eyes burning into his head cause he looked up and I could've literally died right there at that spot laughing.
He was wearing bright neon green glasses or sunglasses I didnt know which one. He looked up at me and smiled goofily "Hiya" he says.
I glare at him saying nothing. He keeps his smile plastered on his face and gets up. I look at him saying nothing. He was skinny and real pale but his eyes where bright and the shade of the sky.
"I'm Luke" he says extending his hand which I glare at. He takes it back "Um sorry about that I was listening to music and on my phone so I didn't say YA in front of me" he says putting his arm behind his head.
"Freak" I say and walk past him purposely hitting his shoulder with mine. I hear Calum mumble a quick apology to neon glasses and catch up to me.
"What was that all about Mike the kid was trying to be nice and he apologized as well" Calum says looking at me.
"I dunno know but something about him just pisses me off" I say shrugging.
Calum opens his mouth to say something but closes it again following me quietly.
Me and Calum said our byes outside the theater. We decided not to watch the movie cause my clothes where still a bit soaked and we didn't want to pay for anymore snacks even though Calum still had his but he ended giving to some little kids for free.
