I had finished my 2nd and 3rd block Calum hadnt showed up to take me to my Science class so that ended up with my asking someone and them laughing at me and sayen ha you get ditched by your partner.
But I ended up finding it after a bit. Now I was heading to the cafetaria alone again since Calum hadnt showed up. The guy with the pink hair who's name is Michael must've told him to stay away from me.
I walked into the cafeteria looking around. Everyone was talking and eating and walking around talking to friends. I awkwardly stood looking around to see if Calum was around.
I sigh not seeing him and suddenly feel a hand on my shoulder and jump turning around and see Calum laughing.
"Chill dude its just me" he says and I smile lightly.
"Sorry im jumpy" I say.
"Its cool and sorry for not being there at 3rd block Michael needed help with something" he says and I nod.
"Cmon lets get food" he says and starts walking towards the line. The near mention of food wanted to make me puke. I didnt wanna be any fatter then I was already. My body was disgusting.
"Hey Calum I had a big breakfast im not really hungry" I say looking at him.
He frowns but nods "Kay let me get my lunch and we'll head over to mine and Michaels lunch table" he says turning back and getting his food.
"Follow me" he says and I follow quietly.
Calum leads me over to a table and I see Michael and he looks at my glaring.
I bit my lip and sit down beside Calum looking down at my hands.
Calum and Michael start talking and I just played with the bracelets on my wrists.
"Why aren't you eaten freak" I hear Michael ask me and I look up seeing him giving me a weird look and Calum frowning at him.
"Um....im just not hungry that's all" he says quietly.
Michael opens his mouth to say something again but closes it mumbling whatever then skinny freak.
Which earned him a kick in the leg by Calum.
"Whatever I've got a project to do I'll see ya later bye Cal" Michael says and gets up walking out of the cafeteria.
Calum sighs and looks at me "Sorry about him Luke" he says.
"It's alright I get he doesn't like me" I say with a faint smile.
Calum gives me a small smile "Okay so I wanna get to know you better you seem like a pretty cool guy so wanna go to your house I know you probably think I'm joking with ya but seriously I wanna."
I look at him and bite my lip it was Monday so my dad wouldn't be home till midnight so I guess he could come.
"Um alright sure but my parents won't be home so we won't get food but we can order pizza that Kay" I ask nervously.
"That's cool Luke chill I'm not all about food" he says laughing.
"Sorry" I say laughing softly.
Calum opened his mouth to say something but the bell rang right then.
"Let's get to class fast I don't wanna be late even if I'm excused" I say getting up.
"Kay you've got History right" he asks as we walk out of the cafeteria and I nod.
"Great I do to let's go" he says grabbing my hand and pulling me down the hall.
After School
I sat on the steps outside of the school waiting for Calum. I was biting my lip nervously on the same spot repeatedly and I could taste blood but I didn't care.
I was to nervous of what Calum would say seeing my clothes and room. He would probably hate me and think I'm a freak but whatever I didn't have much choice now since I had agreed already.
"Kay ready to leave Lukey" I hear Calum say and I turn around and give a small smile.
"Yup and good choice of a nickname" I say getting up.
"I know I'm good at nicknames thats why Michael has like 5 of them" he says smiling and the rest of the way to my house we walk quietly it wasn't an awkward silence it was rather comfortable .
