Still can't really even believe it, 2022... Jebus Christmas.
Gonna submit portfolio number one tomorrow, then the second one in a few days after one more item to work on. Then I'm set to focus on Sheridan!
Totally no pressure 🙃.
Half way done through so Mantra things at the moment, it's insane.
But I'm getting s**t done, and I have been for a while despite all the set backs and I hope to keep getting stuff done this year.
Anyway, I stayed up until 4am on the night of New Years due to celebration and sleep issues and that's still carrying over right now since a raccoon larger than my anger issues likes to rummage through the recycle bins at night. That means I'm gonna make this a short chapter.
All these photos we're taken in advance and I have a few more in prep in case things don't go my way and I leave this off for a while.
I'm trying to pace myself better this year too.
Another thing to quickly mention, when I post all the items from my portfolio and from this year, I think this will be the end of this book. I want to start fresh, anew with the improvements I've made. The final portfolio submission will be in February, so that'll be lots of content in the future still! Not that I'll post most of the stuff for portfolios, but there'll be some that'll trickle out from the process sketches and such.
I feel like I've "levelled" up and I want to start and new art book to corroborate that!

My hands are very ugly and constantly scrunched in half fists so they look really weird. But I assume they want realistic so I have to use references 😫.
