These are years after the past, in case anyone is confused :)

"This is my son, Ambrose Heith Valen."

"I see, you have grown! And your son has indeed the talent,"

"I know, he was taught by me." Rose's mom laughed.

Here he was again. In front of his mother's friend, was getting complimented and was told multiple times how much he has grown and how good he is at designing. Mom? Did you teach me? You forced me to go to lessons at a young age, watch videos, and left me alone to study apparently 'for my future.'

"We'll have to go now, goodbye." Rose's mom finally said goodbye to her friend.

Once they had gotten far, his mom's face suddenly shifts to a pissed-off one, "What's is with your frown, Ambrose Valen?" She snaps.

Rose remains silent, walking straight. He wasn't that scared of her anymore. He had gotten used to ignoring her a lot.

"Good morning, miss Kairose and sir Ambrose," A group of girls greeted.

Once the group passed, Rose's mom said, "You are going to own this company soon,"

-

"I'll get a salad please," Rose said.

"Sure, sir," The girl said, typing something on the computer, "Anything else?"

"Water," Rose said, and finally paying the amount.

Rose sat down, waiting for his order. He sighed, looking through different papers.

"What?! You don't have coffee? This is a goddamn cafe!"

Rose turned in the direction of the loud voice, immediately knowing who it was.

"Gosh!" The voice said again.

"Averain," Rose said after walking up to the counter slowly.

The man stopped and stood still before turning to Rose. When was it when they last saw each other? 2 years? No, 4. They were 16, now they're adults. They're 20.

"Rose?" Rain stood there shocked, seemed to not believe what he had seen.

Rose held his arm, leading him outside.

"Rose! Hold on, is this real?" Rain slapped his arm, making sure he wasn't in a dream, "Wait, it is real! Oh my gosh, Rose," Rain hugged Rose so tight he couldn't breathe.

"Ow, Averain. Calm yourself," Rose tried pushing the other off.

Sobs and cries were heard after a long silence. Rain was crying. Because both of them hadn't seen each other for years.

"I missed you, so so much," Rain continued sobbing. They last saw each other at high school, they were still kids.

Rose remained quiet and still. Instead of pushing Rose away again, he hugged him back. He also misses Rain. He missed the different words and useless phrases that came out of his mouth. He missed the noise whenever they were together.

"Me too, I missed you too," Rose whispered.

"Did you meet Devon yet?" Rain immediately asked, shocking Rain.

"I'll never have the courage to face him again after I left him, Rain."

-

"I see... Avie's son," Rose's mom said, looking at Rain disgustingly, "Wasn't she famous before? You must be taking the same footsteps?" She said, about the scandal Rain's mom was in.

"You..." Rain rose his hand, ready to slap the older woman, but Rose stopped him, "I don't care if you're older than me. You don't deserve to be respected, Kairose Heith Valen."

"What? Avielle Zadelle was a famous model, wasn't she? Why aren't you a model? Are you scared the same thing would happen to you?" She laughed.

"You act as if you have something to hide too, Kairose Valen." Rain smirked.

"Mom, you had a son with a different man, didn't you?" Rose spoke up. Rain convinced him to do this, because of Rain he had the confidence.

"What...? What are you saying?" She looked around, checking if anyone was outside her office, "What do you mean, Ambrose Valen?!"

"Dad didn't leave us, mom. You made him leave." Rose had tears ready to fall from his eyes.

"What did this bitch tell you?" She pointed at Rain.

"Don't call my friend a bitch, Mom!" Rose stood in front of Rain, "You have to accept the fact that you were in the wrong all along. You made dad leave and made it look like he left himself, you treated me like shit, hurting me and making me feel unloved all the time, you forced my dream into me and made my dream something I hate now!"

Kairose Valen was speechless. She dropped to the floor, "No! No, stop!"

"Was I really your son mom? Are you even my mother?" Rose mumbled, crying, "I hate you so much I could die!"

She stood up, swiftly taking a bottle of wine on her table, "Then die!" Kairose threw the bottle in Rose's direction, it hitting his abdomen while the broken shards hit his feet.

"Oh my gosh! Rose!" Rain prevented Rose from sitting on the floor with broken shards, "Help us, please!"

Suddenly, a man in a suit appeared with multiple men behind him.

"Ice, you came!" Rain said, tearing up. He was holding Rose in his arms.

"Attorney Ice Vallefer," Kairose Valen stood there shaking.

Suddenly, a bunch of paramedics entered the room transferring Rose to a stretcher, immediately rushing out with Rain running behind him.

"Mrs. Kairose Valen, you are coming with us."
