Fili_The_Dwarf: Can you guys remember what Thorin asked us to do today? I've completely forgotten.

Bofur_Rulez: I think he requested that we go and do some work on the forges, I'm not sure though.

Bombur_The_Awesome: That's probably it. The forges are falling apart right now, I'm surprised we haven't been asked to fix them before!

Kili_The_Dwarf: Eugh, the forges... I wouldn't mind that place, but it still reeks of dragon!

Fili_The_Dwarf: Don't remind me brother... But I don't think we'll be free of the scent of dragon for ages yet. Unless Thorin can get his act together and start actually cleaning up!

Bofur_Rulez: I doubt we'd catch Thorin cleaning any time soon! He'll probably ask that we do it. Anyway, where are all the others?

Bombur_The_Awesome: Working on the South wing, I think.

King_Thorin: Okay, I am NOT impressed! Which one of you did it?

Kili_The_Dwarf: Did what?

King_Thorin: Stole all the food we'd been storing on the South wing? It's all gone!

Bofur_Rulez: Well if it's a food related issue, then we all know it was probably Bombur's fault!

Bombur_The_Awesome: Hey! I didn't touch any of that food once!

Fili_The_Dwarf: Likely story.

King_Thorin: Actually, Bombur is telling the truth. At the time of the food's disappearance, he was with me in the East wing.

Bombur_The_Awesome: Told you guys!

Bofur_Rulez: Well, how do you know it's one of us? Who's to say the others didn't do it?

King_Thorin: Bombur wasn't the only one with me. Nori, Dori, Gloin, Dwalin, Balin, Oin, Bifur and Ori were also with me at the time, which means they're all ruled out! It's obviously one of you three!

Bofur_Rulez: Well it wasn't me, it was probably Kili and Fili. You know I wouldn't steal food like that! Not on a Wednesday anyway!

King_Thorin: Fili, Kili, tell me the truth! Or else!

Fili_The_Dwarf: Fine, it was us!

Kili_The_Dwarf: Yeah, sorry Thorin, we were just hungry, and the food in there looked so nice...

King_Thorin: Usually, I wouldn't care so much, but that food was for a massive buffet we're having soon! I've invited half of Dale, and now there's going to be nothing for them!

Kili_The_Dwarf: We didn't know that!

King_Thorin: How on earth did you manage to eat all that food anyway?

Bombur_The_Awesome: Yeah, how did you do it? Even I can't eat that much within a day!

Fili_The_Dwarf: Who's to say that we ate it?

King_Thorin: What do you mean?

Kili_The_Dwarf: Well maybe we didn't actually eat the food ourselves, maybe we were simply... Erm... 'Transporting' it, and somebody came along and ate it all up in one gulp.

King_Thorin: Wait a second, are you implying that you were simply moving it, and then somebody else came and stole it?

Fili_The_Dwarf: Well, yes...

King_Thorin: Who on earth would be big enough to eat that much food in one gulp? The only person I can think of is Smaug, but I don't think he'd dare return to Erebor any time soon!

Kili_The_Dwarf: No, it wasn't Smaug. I mean, perhaps it wasn't just one person, maybe it was a group of people. Like an entire army. Of Elves.

King_Thorin: KILI! FILI! YOU GAVE OUR FOOD TO THE ELVES?!

Fili_The_Dwarf: Dude, don't go all caps lock rage on us! Look, we just felt bad after that party a few weeks ago and decided to give them something as an apology, okay?!

King_Thorin: My own nephews, feeling sorry for disgusting elves! I am so ashamed of you right now.

Kili_The_Dwarf: If it makes you feel any better, they're coming to visit tomorrow to thank you...

King_Thorin: THAT'S IT! I'M COMING TO GET YOU, AND WHEN I DO, I'M GOING TO MAKE THE SCRUB THE HALLS OF EREBOR CLEAN OF DRAGON DUNG FOR THE NEXT YEAR!
