After finding out that Cole's a new resident in Placio Andres General Hospital, I stopped going to any facilities of the hospital.

I stopped going to the cafeteria.

I stopped going to Psychiatry Department for Xavi.

Nagkikita na lang kami sa labas ng hospital kapag may oras kaming dalawa para kumain.

Mabilis na lumipas ang mga araw. Ngayon na ang araw ng pag-alis namin papuntang Baguio for the Medical Mission.

Binilinan ko si Xavi na gisingin na lang ako kapag aalis na dahil hindi pa ako nakakatulog. Kaya naman hindi ko maintindihan kung bakit siya nagkakakatok ngayon sa kwarto ko. Usually, she'd just let me be.

"Erica Vienne, sinasabi ko sayo, buksan mo 'to!" She sounded panicky, but I really couldn't care less. I couldn't open my eyes.

I was so tired from my duty!

Sometimes, I can't help but ask myself why did I take this path. It's so tiring. But when I see my patients get better, I get better as well.

Life is tiring. Everything in life will tire you at some point. You just have to find what's worth the exhaustion.

"GUMISING KA ERICA VIENNE DAHIL ANG MGA EX NATIN AY KASAMA SA LIST OF RESIDENTS NA AATTEND SA BAGUIO!!!"

Bigla kong naidilat ang mata ko nang sabihin niya 'yon. I didn't open my door, still. Why would I?

Ano naman kung kasama sila?

"We're not going to be there for them, Xavierre. You have got to chill." I said. "Please, let me take a nap."

Kahit sa pagtulog ay naririnig ko ang kabog ng dibdib ni Xavi.

Hindi naman nag-transfer sa ibang school si Tyrone. They are always bumping into each other. However, Tyrone just walk pass her.

Hindi katulad noon na ang buong atensyon ni Tyrone ay nasa kanya. Noong nagbreak sila, para siyang naging hangin nalang dito.

It broke Xavi. Really bad. Seeing your person not care about you when he used to.

Siguro kaya siya nababahala ay dahil kapag nasa Medical Mission, kailangan talaga magcollaborate ng mga residents na kasama.

As for me, I don't mind. Again, I'm not there for him. At okay na ako.

Parang nag-ibang anyo si Xavi noong nasa bus na kami. From being panicky, she's now composed and calm. She's being stoic.

Kinagat ko ang labi ko para mapigilan ang ngiti. It's funny because I know her well.

She was right.

I can see Tyrone and Cole from here.

There was a moment when our eyes met. Me and Cole. I chose not to be the one who breaks it. I held the eye contact until he couldn't.

The residents were assigned in different activities of the Medical Mission. It's a three whole day Medical Mission. Two days sa City at isang araw naman sa Sagada para sa outreach.

The head physician assigned the team. Dentists, some nurses, and volunteers were assigned in the Dental. Ang ibang residents at nurses ay para sa vitamins and health education.

I bit the inner side of my cheek when Yukashi, Gregorio, Miranda, and Reyes were called for the pneumonia vaccination.

Wow.

Just wow.

"Putangina naman." I heard Xavi murmured.

Bago umalis ng Manila ay grinoup na kami kaya naman malapit lang ang upuan namin sa mga ex namin. In fact, magkatapat lang.
