A/N: This was requested by @I_hate_me_3000. They wanted to know what happened following the events of Catherine and Tony meeting for first time. I'm doing my own little spin on it due to the holiday season. Please enjoy.

Catherine stood in front of her closet in her apartment trying to choose the perfect outfit for the day. Not that it mattered, but she wanted to make a good impression. The only other time she had met her brother, Tony Stark, she was wearing her SHIELD uniform. She doubted he would judge her appearance. He was family. Family. It was an odd thing to think about.

While Ana and Vasily raised her, they weren't her family. They were captors. She could feel herself growing angry at the thought of the lies. If she thought about them she would then proceed to think about James. That was in the past. She had to move on. She would be meeting Tony at Stark Tower in New York. He spent most of his time living between Malibu and New York City.

It was to be a chance to get to know one another without Phil looming over her shoulder. She was nervous. Very nervous. She just wanted Tony to like her. They were all they had left. She wanted to know everything about their parents, their life before she was taken and learn about him.

Finally, she settled on an a red plaid skirt that hit about mid thigh with a long sleeve black shirt tucked in. She also put on a pair of tights and ankle boots. Before leaving to begin her walk to the tower, she put on a long coat to block out the chilly, winter air. It was December. December first to be exact. It meant the Holiday Season was about to begin.

It was only her second Christmas season ever. She didn't even know what Christmas was until she asked Natasha what was with all the lights and people decorating trees. Hydra wasn't exactly the type of people to celebrate. She didn't do anything last year. She was still trying to get used to her new life. She enjoyed looking at the lights, though. She wondered if she was mesmerized by them when she was a small child.

She stopped in front of the doors to the tower and gathered herself. She could do this. Tony was her brother. He had to like her. She opened the door and was immediately greeted by security.

"ID, please." The guard told her.

Catherine wasn't sure which ID to show; her driver's license, SHIELD badge or the one Tony had made for her. She showed him all three. Immediately when the guard saw her name, his whole demeanor changed.

"Oh, I apologize Miss Stark. Please go right ahead." He told her.

She walked into the elevator and pressed the floor number that they went to the other day. When the doors opened she could hear soft music being played. The fireplace was on which helped warm up her cold body.

"Tony?" Catherine called out as she took her coat off and hung it on a hook.

Tony heard the voice before he saw his sister. She stood frozen in front of the elevators, looking around with wide eyes. He knew it had to be just as difficult for her as it was him. "Come inside. I'm just decorating. Normally Pepper helps me, but she's away for the weekend. Want to help?"

"Umm. Sure. I've never exactly celebrated Christmas before." She admitted as she walked further into the tower.

In the corner of the room was a tall, at least eight feet, bare Christmas tree. Boxes were piled up around that she assumed contained decorations.

Tony stopped walking. "You being serious?"

"Yeah. We didn't exactly celebrate Christmas in Hydra." She told him.

"Well, let's change that. Today, Catherine Stark, you'll get the full Christmas experience. Trees. Lights. Decorating. Music." He informed you, but then his demeanor changed. "Mom's favorite holiday was Christmas. The house always looked so immaculate. It's kind of the reason I still go all out."
