Chapter Thirty Two: Jason

Chapter Thirty Two: Jason

He felt like a complete idiot. Why did he move? Gaea's eyes were like muddy pools of blood. She looked into his eyes, he felt panick well up inside him. He ran over to Piper, he threw his sword at the Minotar, disenagrating him into a pile of dust. Piper shivered, her face looking pale. She was still knocked out so he hid her behind some rocks. Monsters swarmed around them. He pulled his sword out of the dust and slashed at the monsters.

They fought for what seemed like hours. Monster dust piled up to Jason's knees. The last monster fell. The mud in front of them grew, it grew until it looked like a semi person. "Hey ugly!" he shouted. She smirked in amusement, "You have to options, one, you can help me take over the world" she said stretching her arms. "Hmmm, let me think... Option two!" Nico shouted. "Fine! Option two, is my favorite. I will kill you. One by one, in different slow and incredibly painful ways. The first person will watch their friends helplessly look into their eyes. The last of course, my favorite, will watch each and everyone of you fall. They will listen to each of your screams, over and over until the air is filled with their own screams. Screams of pain and horror. Each and everyone of you will beg me to finish you faster" she said with a grin. "Since none of you pick, I'll pick for you. Two! And don't worry, once the last one falls, the amount of earthquakes and death on your earth will be unbelievable" she smiled "You have five minutes" she added, snapping her fingers, the mud tying Percy up melted. He fell with a groan. Annabeth ran over to him and yanked the arrow from his back. Frank ran over and tied the wound up. Piper crawled from the corner. Jason picked her up and hugged her. He could already hear screams and the earth splitting into pieces. Why did he move? All of them stood in a circle. They gave each other a group hug. Everyone had tears running down their cheeks. No one cared about the tears, sweat and blood.

"We'll get through this" Frank said, not very convincing. "We've been a good team" Percy added, flinching. "With our up's and our downs" Nico said sadly. "We're no longer friends" Leo piped in. "We're family" Jason added. "We've made mistakes, our family has gotton smaller" Annabeth started "But every second we get stronger" Aleana said. "When we get stronger" Hazel started "It's us being together" Piper finished. "I love you guys" Leo started sobbing. Everyone nodded in agreement. "Times up!" Geae said "But very touching" she added. "Who's first?" she asked. Leo looked at them with strong eyes, "Ever hear the statement I'm too young to die? Well I am, so keep it in mind" he said, "Nice knowing you" Leo added. He walked towards Gaea, "I am, DirtFace!" he yelled up to her. She smiled, obviously pleased.

She raised an arm, Jason closed his eyes and tried not to listen. Instead of Leo's scream filling the air, it was the sound of lightning and Gaea's shriek. He opened his eyes, behind Gaea was his father, Jupiter or Zeus. His lightning bolt poised at Gaea's head. She had already been hit. A huge wave crashed over her, turning the water a brownish color. Posiden or Neptune grew out of the water, arms crossed. An arrow flew into her forehead, she ripped it out and screeched. Artemes jumped in, bow and arrows slung over her shoulder. Skeletons grew from the ground, grabbing her ankles tightly, Hades or Pluto came out with a cloak made of darkness. More arrows stuck in her back as she tried releasing the grip of the skeletons. Minerva or Athena stood next to Artermes. An electric spear shot into her shin, Ares or Mars stepped into view with another spear ready. Heapaestus and Aphrodite walked into view. "Gaea, Goddess of the Earth, we curse you with eternal sleep, we curse you to the deepest, darkest cave in Tartarus, you will never leave!" The gods and goddesses said in harmony. The ground opened up beneath her. Her eyes started closing, she screamed on anger as the ground swallowed her whole. The only thing left of he was the faint echo of her scream.

"We can't stay long, we have business in Olympus" Zeus said. "Thank you" Jason said slightly tilting his head. The gods and goddesses started dissolving, "Good bye" Leo whispered. "That's weird. They save our lives and leave" Leo said. Piper fainted, Jason caught her. "We need to get back to the Argo" he said quickly. They walked to the Argo, well Jason carried Piper and Annabeth dragged Percy.

When they got to the Argo, they rushed Piper and Percy to the sickbay. Jason put Piper on a bed, Annabeth forced Percy to sit even though he said he was fine, an obvious lie. They waited for Leo to come with the ambrosa and necter.

Leo walked in with a grim expression. "All I found was a half of a square of ambrosa and some necter" he said grimly. "Give it to Piper, I'm fine" Percy said. Piper shook her head. "He's right, maybe we can just try healing him without ambrosa until we get to camp. We do have some things and we can just give him the necter" Jason agreed. Piper reluctantly ate the ambrosa, color returning to her cheeks, all her cuts dissapearing. "Now you, shirt off and lay on your stomach" Annabeth said. Percy unwrapped his back and took his shirt off. He flinched as he got on his stomach. Leo's face turned green, and he ran out of the room, probably throwing up. Percy looked at them, "That bad?" he asked. Annabeth walked next to him and grabbed his hand, "No sea weed brain, it's fine" she lied.

The skin around the wound was a greenish color, pus oozed out the sides. It was a pretty large wound, blood still poured out. Frank grabbed the necter and sprinkled it on his back. Some color returned but that was about it. Percy was biting his lip, which ment it hurt a lot more than he made it out to be. "It's okay" Annabeth kept whispering. Nico made Percy take a sleeping pill. His eyelids closed, he loosened up. "Clean it then try and stitch it up?" Frank asked. Jason nodded grimly. Nico helped clean it, then Percy screamed himself awake. "Percy! It's okay, just close your eyes" Annabeth said kissing him on the forehead. His eyes closed again, "Nightmare, probably" she said glancing back at Percy. Frank finished stictching Percy's wound, it looked better? Sort of. The stitches were jagged and uneven and it was sill bleeding. Annabeth looked at Frank, she raised her eyebrows, he shrugged "Sorry! I'm not a girl! I don't sew!" he said defensively. "And especially not people!" he added. Nico rolled his eyes and bandaged it. Annabeth put a blanket over him, "We should let him sleep" he said. "I'll stay" Annabeth said, not letting go of his hand. They closed the door and walked into the hallway.

"We'll be at Camp Half Blood tomorrow" Leo announced, still looking a little green.
