Chapter 20 - Fake

As the two of us walk across the grass, we saw the two boys having an eating competition.

"Kurapika! Y/n!" Gon exclaimed, spitting out food in Killua's face in the process. Gon ran towards his, a bright smile on his face.

"This is great!"

"Huh?"

"The spiders are dead, so you can finally focus on your main goal. You have to find the eyes of your people."

"Gon..."

"Yep. If there's anything we can do to help-" just then, Killua snuck up behind Gon, shoving a plate of cream into his face. This caused Gon to chase after Killua.

"Hey!"

"You did it first. I was getting revenge!"

"You did it deliberately!"

And another plate of cream was smashed into Gon's face, making Kurapika chuckled.

'He finally cheered up just a bit.' I thought, smiling along.

The four of us went to meet up with Leorio in a hotel.

"It's been a while since we were all together last!" Gon excitedly exclaimed

"Yeah."

"Where's Zepile-san?" Gon asked as we started walking towards the elevator

"He wanted to validate our check and find more hidden gems to sell. Anyway..." Leorio said, looking towards Kurapika

"Really? You don't seem to have changed much." he nonchalantly replied

"And you're more annoying, too!"

"Oh, I heard that you defeated a member of the Troupe. Having only just learned Nen, how did you manage that?"

"If you're looking for advice on catching the spiders, then stop."
