"And you told me about this just now?!"

Jaehyun squinted and rolled his eyes at Mark, "Come on, you were busy. Busy with your work, with your fling--"

"You're wrong right there. He's my fiancee."

"You guys met a few months ago."

"Who cares? Also, why did the topic turn to me?! I'm not the problem here! You fucked up, literally and seriously."

The man groaned, "I know there's no excuse for that. I told him not to think about it then he told me that we'll still act normal."

Jaehyun called Mark to talk about what happened in the, supposedly normal, team building that ended being their time to make up and make out. He was anxious these days ever since he had a realization that just knocked him out. He hasn't had this feeling before so he doesn't know how to cope up with it. He doesn't blame Taeyong for it.

"Did you guys act normal?" Mark asked.

Jaehyun shrugged, "I mean, I'm trying to. I can say he is too."

It took them a few seconds. Both of them were thinking but Jaehyun was frustrated. Opening up to someone would always sucks for him. He wasn't used to it but if he ever really needs someone to talk to, Mark would be that person. Jaehyun thought he's being the bad guy between Taeyong's relationship with his boyfriend, well, he is. But he's just confused.

He wants to pursue Taeyong. He wants him.

"You still love him."

Jaehyun didn't even think for a second. He just nodded at what Mark said.

"Of course...As bad as it sounds, I really really do."

His friend sighed, "But you're not doing anything to get him."

"Because I don't want to ruin his relationship. I know how important that person is to him. I can't be the asshole here, right?"

"But you do remember that he told you he has the same feelings as you too."

Jaehyun slowly nodded, "It doesn't still give me the reason to steal Taeyong from that guy even though I hate him."

"Then it didn't cross your mind that between the both of you, he'll choose you? He's mindly cheating too, like, he's thinking about someone else when he has a partner."

The man shook his head, "If he chose me, then I wouldn't be here talking to you about our situation. I should've stayed in States, I should've stayed mad at him, right? Because if I did, then I wouldn't be this confused and frustrated."

"I know he's as confused and frustrated as you, Jaehyun. The best thing to do is to call it off. I know it's hard but in this situation, you have to. Tell him about it so both of you could atleast be in a good state. "

Jaehyun already thought about that, right when he saw Taeyong with Doyoung after the trip. If he already did, he wouldn't be in this position.

"I'm really really sorry, Doie. I just need to finish this then tomorrow, we can have lunch together."
