The girl bit her lip for a second, having the feeling that she's gonna cry anytime soon because of the question. She's been keeping the burden in her for quite a while now, and she thought that it'll be the best to let it all out now to Jake. He seemed like a good listener.
"I was heartbroken.. It's been almost 2 months, but I can't get over everything we've done. I just don't understand.. I can't get rid of him on my mind. He was like.. tattooed in here.." Eryn tapped her temple as she bitterly chuckled. "I've been here for a week now and yet, I can't see nor feel any changes."
