Chapter 6 - A New World

ACT 1 -

As the explosion finished erupting in Gomorrah. Neo, Zaria and Tien are found In the rubble of the destruction. The only things that they were focused on was the Prime minster, as they search through the rubble they eventually found her but it was a total 180 turn. Prime minister was dead! Neo stood silently holding in every emotion. Tien was wounded, but hung his head in disappointment. Zaria walk up to the Prime minister body and held her hand; she begins to cry, seeing that they failed their mission. The prime minister with her last bit of strength squeezes Zaria's hand and then dies off. Zaria tear begins to pour out. A week passes and the team goes back to Kemet to see settle down. Tien is transported infirmary in order to record from his injuries. Neo and Zaria both sit in their separate rooms and ponder what's next. They both takes the mission failure different. On one hand you have Zaria who wrestles with her emotion. Deep down she wants to care more about humans but her root is so deep that she doesn't understand where those tears she shed for the prime minster was; because she failed her mission or if she really had a devotion to the human race. Neo on the other hand, wrestles with his inner-darker as it speaks to him calling him weak and fragile. Neo develops mix emotions about conduits now. His inner darkness is taking over. About 75% of his darker half is taking over his consciousness.

???: You were too weak. An embarrassment. You're destined for darkness. You cannot escape from who you truly are!

Neo tries to cancel out the noise and he walks out of his dorm and begins training in order to regulate his mind. He stands in front of a tree in order to get some training out. As he punches the tree he knuckles begins to bleed. He doesn't stop until he get tired.

The chairman comes by to see Zaria for a check up. Victor walks in.

Victor: Zaria, how long have you been in your room?

Zaria: Not long enough

Victor: You're still blaming yourself for not saving the prime minister.

Zaria: uncle vic, killing someone is one thing but when it hit close to you, that when it hurts the most. Failing a mission is one things as well, bit feeling like you're the reason it failed that what hurts me.

Victor: Listen Zaria, its not the fall that defines us, but the decision to get back up. It's not healthy for you.

Zaria: Who am I anymore?

Victor: I have a question. What is your mission that you wanted to save her or was it you devoted feeling coming into play? Are you beginning to understand?

Zaria: So what do I do now, change the world?

Victor: I'll let you decide that Zaria. I just hope when you do there I'm there to see it.

Victor gets up and walks out fo the room leaving Zaria once again to think about the future. Zaria goes to find Neo in order to have a important talk with him. She sees Neo in the training ground an call for him, and calls for him.

Zaria: Are you here because of training or to get your mind off of things?

Neo: A little of both if I must be honest. I just hate myself for being so weak.

Zaria: How do you think I feel at this moment. Seeing the mission die and I could do anything to stop.

*Neo ponders for a sec*: Was the mission or did you really care for the prime minister?

Zaria: you sound just like my uncle.

Neo: good. Maybe you'll actually think more about it. The only thing we can aim to do is, move forward and grow.

Neo and Zaria both goes on to Victors office in order to requested a favor.

Neo: chairman?

Victor: Yes
