valory opened the door slowly, careful not to wake her dog up, and failed miserably. he started barking his head off, like there was someone chasing him around with a knife (idk). Emma shushed him and they both went upstairs. emmas parents were never really at home because they were always busy at work, and they couldn't care less about their daughter. all they do is give her a couple hundred pounds every so often and nothing else really, so in result Emma normally sleeps in the spare bedroom downstairs or sleeps at her house and comes to her best friends house really early so vals mum could drop them both off to school.
