Izuku Yagi was neglected by his father and bullied by his 'friends' all because he didn't have a quirk. His mother, sister, and Todoroki twins were there for him. One day when he was running away from his bullies, he stumbles upon a laboratory and saw two bottles and two Drivers. He pressed a button and revealed that his real father left him two Drivers and a case full of bottles. With the equipment he has, Izuku becomes the vigilante known as Kamen Rider in order to become the hero he wants to be.
