Izuku's life was hell. He was constanly abused and neglected by his parents and bullied by his former friends (1-A) and sister. Reason? Because he was born quirkless. He was then denied entry into Union because of his status. Izuku had enough and was about to end his life until he met Tsukasa Kadoya, the original Kamen Rider Decade. He decided to give Izuku his powers, as well as reality manipulation. Izuku accepts and trains to become the next Decade.
With his new powers, he decides to be a hero in his own ways. How will his react to this and how will Union council react to this? Stay tune and find out.
