Izuku was born quirkless. Most of his classmates hate him and his" father" and "sister" abuse and neglect him until he gives up his dream of becoming his hero. It wasn't until Inko had enough and called Izuku's real parents and told them everything that happened. During Izumi's birthday party, the door opened to reveal a very pissed-off Demon and Umbra Witch.
