Rogue Rangers

Izuku, Jaune, Issei, and Naruto were expelled from Union Academy for different reasons.

Izuku was falsely accused of taking files and giving them to the League of Darkness. Some of his classmates believed that he didn't do it.

Jaune for having fake transcripts. Ruby, Blake, and Team CFVY still support him.

Issei was falsely accused of a rape he didn't do. He was training to get stronger. Rias and the ORC stood behind him, but Rias was forced to remove the pawn pieces by her brother. 

Naruto for bringing Sasuke back injured. (A/N: After the battle, Sasuke thanked Naruto for showing him that he was to do something that would change his life for the worse.) Some people stick by his side, even Lady Tsunade.

After being kicked out of Union, the four found a mysterious cave and saw four different beings. Each one has different abilities. Suddenly, they were transported and met the individuals. They gave the boys their powers. With this, the boys decide to call themselves The Rogue Rangers.

Izuku has Quantum Ranger Powers

Jaune will have Talon Ranger Powers

Issei will have Green Mighty Morphin Powers

Naruto will have White Dino Thunder Powers

Shipping. I haven't decided.

I am thinking about them still having their original powers such as Izuku having OFA, Issei with Ddraig, Naruto with Kurama, and Jaune having Aura Amp.
