After his transcripts were revealed by Weiss, majority of the school bullied and turned their backs against him. The only support he had were his teammates, RBY, CFVY, CRDL (yes, Cardin didn't rat him out), the entire Beacon staff, including Ozpin, (yes Good Glynda), and his own family (minus a few) because they knew getting into a Huntsman school is hard and difficult. It wasn't until the Vale Council decide to get rid of him because Ozpin refused to expel him. They allowed Weiss, as well as Jaune's father and Uncles, and a few others to kill him. They proceed to torture him and left him for dead.

It wasn't until Death revived him and gave him a chance to get his revenge on those who killed him. Let's see how the people who killed him come back with a vengence.
