Summer Rose was finishing her grocery run when she saw a boy with green hair crying and all alone in a box. She approaches the box and asks him a few questions. The boy was Izuku, just Izuku, and he told her that he had been abused and neglected by his parents and former friends and then got kicked out of his home because he didn't develop either a quirk or a semblance. The only person that was there for him was his sister. Summer was sad to hear what had happened to him, so she decide to bring him back to her house and they decide to adopt him.
Years later, Izuku and his siblings enroll in Union Academy, but little did they know, Izuku's past is attending as well. What's going to happen when Izuku runs into his past?
Izuku's power will be Weapon Creation/Adaption and Elemental Manipulation.
Izuku's name will be Izuku Rose.
