Chaewon was settling in her morning class with Jaehyun but he hasn't arrived yet, probably talking to his friends. Chaewon closed her eyes for a bit to rest since she felt like she didn't get enough sleep last night.

Jaehyun then came in and tapped on his sister's shoulders making her eye open. "Hi."

"Hi Jaehyun." Chaewon stretched as she noticed that there were only a few students in the classroom, meaning the twins were earlier.

Jaehyun sat down next to his seat at his usual stop next to Chaewon in class. "How's the fake dating going?"

"It's great honestly." Chaewon shrugged her shoulders.

"Is Yeonghwa still on your mind?" Jaehyun asked her a question again.

Chaewon had thought it for a second. She has spent so much time with Doyoung thinking what they were doing for the day that she took her mind off everything else.

"I don't think so..." Chaewon softly replied. "Why?"

"Be real with me here." Jaehyun inched closer to gain his sister's eye contact. "Do you like Doyoung? And I mean for real."

Chaewon was shocked at the question since this was the first time someone had truly asked about her feelings towards Doyoung.

To be honest, Chaewon naturally developed feelings for Doyoung overtime, but she didn't think too much about it. Either way she knew Doyoung didn't like her back because they were enemies to begin with. Instead, she told Jaehyun something else against her mouth.

"I-I don't like him." Chaewon stuttered, hoping that Jaehyun wouldn't question her further as the professor came in. Jaehyun leaned in closer to whisper to his sister's ear, and it was a tone Chaewon didn't like at all, meaning that someone will go wrong.

"If you don't like Doyoung, then don't get too carried away with the fake dating contract."

Jaehyun had texted Lanying to meet him at the rooftop after school today and texted Winwin to assure that him and Lanying wouldn't do anything suspicious.

The two friends were sitting on a bench, keeping their distance from one another.

"Your sister has a fat crush on Doyoung and I know you're going to tell me now that she won't admit it." Lanying spoke up as Jaehyun sighed, knowing that was the answer.

"The fake dating was a good idea in the beginning but I didn't expect them to grow feelings for one another, especially Doyoung. He's typically a man that's not interested in a relationship." Jaehyun responded. "I knew you were trying to help Chaewon get over Yeonghwa, but it only partially worked in the beginning."

"Do you have any idea if Doyoung likes Chaewon or not?" Lanying asked Jaehyun the next question.

"Taeil told me that Doyoung doesn't know how he feels about Chaewon, but Taeil told me that I didn't hear anything from him." Jaehyun's sentence made the two friends chuckle.

"It's clear to me that Doyoung developed some feelings for her, but I don't think he's keen in admitting at all." Lanying made a statement.

"Chaewon and Doyoung are so hard headed when it comes to love." Jaehyun groanded as he slumped down on the bench with the sun hitting his eyes, adjusting his posture so that the sun won't hit his eyes again. "How are you and Winwin able to do it?"

"You're just like your sister. Bringing my relationship up too." Lanying giggled, but not too loudly to not hurt the boy's feelings. "That's not the point."

"Do you know another way to encourage them to talk about their feelings in a way they don't decline?" Jaehyun asked Lanying.

Lanying placed a finger on her chin."I'm honestly not sure if I can think one on the spot." Lanying continued with her thoughts. "I honestly want the best for the two of them."

Jaehyun's phone buzzed as he took it out from his pocket. His eyes widened in shock earning Lanying's attention.

"Lanying..." Jaehyun tone grew sadder. "I think it got carried away."

"Why? What happened?" Lanying frantically came closer to Jaehyun as he showed her the message on his phone.

Doyoung

Your sister and I broke off the fake dating contract; it's over.

"Lanying I think you spoke too soon."

Chaewon was waiting for Doyoung to come find her at the front of the school to head to the KDY building as usual. The conversation with Jaehyun earlier lingered on her mind, unable to put the puzzle pieces together.

Does she really like him? And she did, would he like her back. She doubted so.

Just then a figured came up to her, making her instantly roll her eyes.

"What do you want, Yeonghwa?" Chaewon lamely asked, uninterested in him.

"I miss you, a lot." Yeonghwa stepped closer to her, looking down at her face.

"You what?" Chaewon was bewildered on his statement.

"Heejin and I broke up." Yeonghwa sadly responded.

"Why? Isn't she the love of your life who shines brighter than the world?" Chaewon scoffed, looking away from him.

"Ever since you started dating that Doyoung guy, I started feeling jealous on how he was treating you. I want you back Chaewon and I really mean it. I promise I'll try to be a better boyfriend this time." Yeonghwa pleaded her.

"Yeonghwa, I'm not interested in you anymore." Chaewon sighed vigoursly, wanting to leave him.

"It's him that you love now? I can't believe it Chaewon. I thought you would come back to me." Yeonghwa inched closer to her.

"Yeonghwa for the millionth time I'm not interested-" Chaewon couldn't finished her sentence as Yeonghwa placed his lips on hers, kisisng her.

Chaewon had kept her eyes open, freezing on the spot, unable to react. His kiss didn't feel the same as last time but it felt so foreign to her now. Just then when Chaewon scanned with her periperal vision, Doyoung was standing about 10 meters, away from Chaewon and Yeonghwa, and turning around to leave.

Chaewon pushed Yeonghwa harshly, leaving him to chase after Doyoung and grabbing his arm spinning him around. "Doyoung, it's not what you think it is-"

"I believe it is what I think it is Chaewon." Doyoung tone grew bitter as this was the first time in a wild he was genuinely mad at her.

"Yeonghwa was trying to get back together with me and I said no and then he suddenly kissed-" Chaewon tried to explain.

"Chaewon, the issue was that you let him kiss you." Doyoung released his grip from hers. "It means that you still have feelings for Yeonghwa all this time."

"Doyoung I didn't mean to let him do that to me." Chaewon's face to start to grow in tears.

"It doesn't matter to me anyways since we weren't dating for real to begin with, remember?" Doyoung knocked some sense into her. "Rip up that contract, we're through."

Chaewon was a crying mess at this point as Doyoung turned around walking away from her. She then ran up to him and grabbed his wrist again.

"Doyoung I-" Chaewon tried to talk to him as Doyoung intrruped her again.

"I was stupid enough to fall in love with someone in the worst way possible knowing that they would would never love me back." Doyoung voice became like venom releasing his grip away from Chaewon's hand, leaving her in the middle of the hallway alone.

Just like that.
