Approximately 1 1/2 years later...

"Thank you for the pastry and coffee Chaewon." Mrs. Kim smiled at Chaewon as she was about to leave the KDY building. "You didn't have to come this early to give this to me."

"You're welcome. It's for mostly a token of appreciation and allowing me to intern as a Financial operator at the company last summer." Chaewon nodded. "I bought it right at opening and I told my mother I would swing by and give you it real quick."

"Oh of course sweetheart! You're welcome in the building anytime and I would be more than happy to help you out." Mrs. Kim patted her on the shoulder. "Do you have a lot of school work today? Is working at your mother's cafe a lot for you? I do really appreciate her letting you swing by. Tell her I say hi."

"I don't have much school work anymore since exams seasons have came up. Sweet Won's cafe is just fine." Chaewon reassured Mrs. Kim checking the time on her clock. "I have to get going Mrs. Kim, I have work today."

Mrs. Kim and Chaewon got up as Mrs. Kim brought her in for a hug. "Good luck with the rest of the exams and work. I wish you the best!"

"Thank you Mrs. Kim." Chaewon bowed making her way out of the building.

Mrs. Kim eventually learned about the new marriage with her father and stepmother. The mothers' have met each other on few occasions and were very well fond of each other.

Chaewon had interned at the KDY company in the Financial area last summer to have something on her resume. She also worked at the Sweet Won's Cafe as a part-time worker after her father had bought her a white Audi car.

Mrs. Kim did ask Chaewon about her relationship with Doyoung a few times and she asked her son also. But the two of them gave very vague responses such as 'We've been busy,' 'They're alright,' 'We haven't gotten the time to speak to each other,' and many more similar responses, but she decided not to push it anymore since about a year ago.

Oh geez, young couple love, why must they be so complicated.

Thankfully it was the weekend, meaning Chaewon didn't have to worry about her assignments. Chaewon walked into the Sweet Won's Cafe, going to the back room to put her belongings. She then put on her apron and bowed to Mrs. Shim to let her know that she was here.

Chaewon was making coffee and serving it the tables as usual, taking a couple hours of her day.

After her countless hours of serving and making coffee, she watched television that played music, commercials, news for entertainment within the cafe. She then saw the TV switch to a Givenchy news and there he was, modeling in the commercial.

Chaewon blinked as she saw Doyoung on TV, a sullen thought flowing through her mind for quite some time, thinking about all the memories they had.

I wish I really didn't fuck up.

Chaewon attention was grabbed when a customer started placing different types of breads on the table of the cash register, ready to pay.

Chaewon scanned all the items, putting it in a bad for the lady. "That would be 24,000 won please."

The lady scanned her credit card and Chaewon gave her bag.

"Thank you so much, have a nice day to you young lady." The ladt grabbed her bag and walked out of the shop.

"Have a nice day to you too!" Chaewon smiled as she watched the lady leave.

Mrs. Shim came by to Chaewon, saying something towards her ear.
