Doyoung and Chaewon were studying at the library today after Chaewon had her last class. The two were quietly doing their assignments across the table from one another.

Chaewon felt someone tapping her right shoulder and she looked up to see it was a guy from one of her classes, Lee Seungmin.

"Oh hey Seungmin. What's up?" Chaewon looked up on him.

"I just happen to see you and wondered if you wanted to study together for our exam coming up." Seungmin asked the question.

Chaewon thought about it for a second, looking at Doyoung and looking back at Seungmin. "Sorry Seungmin, Doyoung and I are studying together for another exam, but if you need any questions, you can shoot me a text. You have my number right?"

"Yes I do!" Seungmin checked his phone seeing Chaewon from class was labeled as his contact. "And don't worry. It's not a big deal if we can't study together today. I'll see you around."

"Bye Seungmin." Chaewon waved to him as he left the table.

Doyoung looked up from his notes to look at the girl who was about to go back to do her assignments.

"Why did you lie to him? You don't have any classes with me." Doyoung looked at the unfazed girl who also looked back at him. "I don't mind that you go study with him instead of me."

Chaewon fiddled with her pencil, giving it a little spin. "I didn't feel like going."

Doyoung nodded and started to resume on his assignments. He wondered why Chaewon lied to him, but at the same time, he was appreciative that she would make time to even be with him to have a simple homework session in the library.

Chaewon on the other hand, personally didn't want to go with Seungmin. She didn't hate him or anything, but she just felt more safer with Doyoung in general, not putting too much thought into it.

Their studying session ends with Doyoung driving Chaewon home and that was their day today.

Chaewon and Doyoung were currently at the first basketball game for Yonsei University against Seoul National University.

They were in the bleachers being in the middle of the crowd cheering on the boys.

Jaehyun made 2 shots while Yuta made one so far. Taeyong and Johnny were great as defending while Jungwoo and Mark had their feet moving fast. Winwin, somehow got the opposing members distracted just by his beauty.

"Jaehyun's really competitive today." Chaewon held Doyoung's hand because a minute ago, a classmate had asked if Doyoung and Chaewon were together. "He's playing harder than usual, I wonder why."

Doyoung looked at Jaehyun's gameplay too, understanding what Chaewon meant and agreed. It was against the one guy from the Seoul National University basketball team. "I'm not sure either, but I can see where you're coming from."

"But it's hard to tell if Jaehyun even plays extra competitively because Jaehyun is a man of competitiveness." Chaewon continued on looking at Doyoung.

"Maybe it's because-" Doyoung replied until a whistle interrupted their question.

The player that Chaewon was talking about pushed Jaehyun to the ground while Jaehyun was dribbling the ball and the referee called a foul.

Jaehyun was on the ground as the boys came to see on his side, picking him up and taking him off the court.

Chaewon watched at basketball coach place an icepack on his knees and bandaging it up. The basketball coach also said something that Jaehyun nodded and sent the rest of the boys out.

Jaehyun was out.

The spectators from Yonsei University booed and groaned at the action that it was a foul play of a member from the Seoul National University basketball team. The spectators from Seoul National University did the opposite, cheering for the foul play.

The scene made Chaewon furious as the referees were still debating on the play. It shouldn't taking this long.

"Hey! The play wasn't fair!" Chaewon screamed throughout the crowd as she tried to step closer to see if any of the referees would hear her through the chattering of many students. "He got pushed down on purpose!"

But then a hand pulled her back, wrapping their arm around Chaewon's waist as her back leaned on their chest. "Doyoung, they-"

"Chaewon, it's not a big deal, it's just a game." Doyoung then wrapped his other arm around Chaewon's waist, securely keeping her from moving as he looked down at the girl in front of him. "Jaehyun will be fine."

Chaewon then leaned into Doyoung's touches that calmed her down subconsciously. "Fine, but only you say so."

Chaewon was waiting outside of the locker rooms for Jaehyun to come out, wanting asking her brother what had happened.

Doyoung was standing next to her, simply being there as a presence.

Chaewon saw Winwin come out, watching Lanying and Renjun running up to him giving a big hug. The three of them acknowledged Doyoung and Chaewon and said goodbye to do some 'family bonding.'

Chaewon was tapping her feet anxiously, gaining Doyoung's attention.

Doyoung carefully grabbed Chaewon's wrist, turning her close to him and pulling her into a hug. He didn't know what made him do it, but he felt like it. Doyoung knew Chaewon cared about her brother a lot.

Doyoung slowly used one hand to pat her head as Chaewon's head was resting on Doyoung's chest, giving him the hug back to reduce her anxiety.

It felt so foreign to Chaewon, but it feels right.

After a couple of minutes, Chaewon saw the door open revealing Taeyong, Johnny, Yuta, Jaehyun, Jungwoo, and Mark.

Jaehyun had a bandage over his knee but he was able to walk properly for the most part. Chaewon released herself from Doyoung and ran up to her brother.

"What happened?" Chaewon asked Jaehyun worriedly.

"Just some high school rivarly, that's all." Jaehyun rolled his eyes.

"It's Yoo Youngjae again?" Chaewon rolled her eyes, knowing who Jaehyun was referring to. "He should really grow up and move on right now."

Youngjae was Jaehyun's old high school friend until he stole Jaehyun's crush to date her and started talking bad things about Jaehyun. At the time Chaewon was the one who stepped up and debunked all those rumors about her brother and made Youngjae's girlfriend at the time to break up with him.

"Stupid ass. But you were a bit immature for playing too competitively too." Chaewon slapped his arm.

Jaehyun smiled at her worry. "Don't worry lil sis. Coach said I won't be playing the next game to heal the wound up. It's just a knee scrape."

"It's still a concussion stupid." Chaewon rolled her eyes. "I'm only 10 minutes younger than you, I'm not that little."

"Right." Jaehyun looked at the circle of boys who were teasing Doyoung that looked like it started from Johnny. "Now go to your boyfriend before he gets devoured by Johnny's antics."

Chaewon looked at a flustered Doyoung who was pouting and trying to get angry by his friends who were teasing him. Instead she found his anger quite amusing.

Cute.
