Chaewon was at her locker on the next day, after picking up her belongings from Doyoung and Taeyong's place. She was casually organizing her books and throwing some trash away that she had left in her locker.
Her locker suddenly slammed on her arm, bouncing back out almost hitting her head.
Damn my fucking arm. Thank goodness it didn't slam my fingers.
Chaewon looked to see who slammed her locker and there was Heejin and Yeonghwa with Yeonghwa wrapping his arm around Heejin.
"What do you want?" Chaewon rolled her eyes raising her voice to purpose seek attention of other students. "Trying to seek attention are you?"
"We just wanted to come by and tell how much of a loser you are for standing my boyfriend up the other day." Heejin looked around for some particular people. "It looks like your little boyfriend and friends are not here."
Chaewon then slammed her locker, gaining more attention of students in the hallways. "Is that the best you got?" Chaewon slapped Heejin on the cheek as Yeonghwa got furious, letting go of Heejin and pushed Chaewon back roughly.
Chaewon fell back a lot, unable to keep her balance. She was about to fall back on her head until arms were wrapped around her, preventing her from falling. She looked up to see Doyoung looking at her worriedly.
Just then about a couple of boys passed them, recognizing who they were.
"Doyoung take my sister." Jaehyun bitterly told him as he looked at the couple. "The boys and I can take it from here." Doyoung obeyed his words as him and Chaewon left the scene.
"Wow Jaehyun coming to save the day." Yeonghwa scoffed looking at the members of the basketball team. "I wonder why you didn't defend me while I was dating your sister."
"Because you and your girlfriend can't stop harassing my sister and she just has more people who love her more than your little girlfriend over here. That explains why I have couple other boys here." Jaehyun smirked.
"You should shut up, you look embaraassing right now in front of all these students." Taeyong snickered, balling his fists. "Don't try to get your football guys though, they're not as dumb as you, maybe except for a few of them."
Yeonghwa gritted his teeth at Taeyong's words as Heejin spoke up cooing at Yeonghwa. "Are you going to let them talk to us like that babe?"
"Ew." Mark made a vomitting face.
"Dude you kind of look like a ghost right now." Jungwoo said in his bubbly tone.
"Leave us alone and then you leave us alone." Johnny added. "And that includes Chaewon."
Jaehyun then walked up to Yeonghwa, giving Heejin an intimadating glare as her eyes trembled with fear. Jaehyun looked at Yeonghwa, grabbing the collar of his shirt.
"Touch my sister again and you know where your at." Jaehyun's voice dropped like venom as Yeonghwa shivered quite a bit. "This is a not a threat. It's a promise."
Jaehyun then harshly released Yeonghwa's shirt and left the scene with Winwin following him to assure that his close friend was okay.
Johnny, Taeyong, Yuta, Jungwoo, and Mark on the other hand stood their ground knowing that Yeonghwa could piss himself at any moment.
Yeonghwa stomped his foot, unable to take the words coming at him as he pulled Heejin away from him. "Come on babe, they're not worth out time to argue with. Let's go to class."
The little battle was over in the hallways as all the students started to mind their own business again.
"Motherfuckers." Yuta evilly laughed as he patted all the boys on the shoulder heading towards a different direction together. "So much for wasting their time to square up."

"Are you okay princess? Did he hurt you anywhere." Doyoung made sure she was making eye contact with him as he was having his arm around her waist just to be extra careful.
"He only pushed me roughly." Chaewon leaned against the locker and Doyoung did the same across from her. "Thanks for catching me though. You make a good contract boyfriend after all." Chaewon lightly punched him on the arm.
When Chaewon made that comment, she felt butterflies in her stomach as her heart was beating fast, subconsciously smiling to herself. She was used to Doyoung calling her princess too. Eventually, that small thought was ruined when Doyoung spoke again.
"You're welcome." Doyoung checked the clock knowing it was time to take Chaewon to class while he had his own class. "And, I guess I do make a good contract boyfriend after all."

Chaewon and Jaehyun were sitting at their homes waiting for their parents to arrive. The table was set up nicely. Today's menu was lemon chicken breast with asparagus and mashed potatoes.
The twins picked a day where Jaehyun was supposed to be at his game, but he was out for the week for training to recover for the upcoming games since Jaehyun was a prominent member of the team.
The doorball rang and Chaewon got up from her seat while Jaehyun finished washing the dishes from the kitchen. Chaewon opened the door revealing their dad and stepmom. Chaewon then stepped aside to make way for the parents to come in and settle down at the dining table.
Dinner was silent as the 4 members of the family ate. Chaewon was feeling extremely uncomfortable with her father now that he's a different person to her.
"How are you doing Jaehyun?" Mr. Jung asked smiling at him.
"I'm doing fine. Chaewon is also doing fine." Jaehyun replied to his father.
"Who cooked this dinner? It's extremely delicious." Mrs. Shim asked out of curiousity.
"I'm sure it was Jaehyun-" Mr. Jung interrupted Mrs. Shim, looking down at his daughter who was slowly eating her food.
Jaehyun nudged Chaewon on the side to respond. "It was me father. I cooked dinner and Jaehyun helped me."
Mr. Jung wasn't really impressed with her for some reason and ignored her statement and turning his attention again towards Jaehyun.
"I think you should thank your daughter for cooking this for all of us. Don't you think?" Mrs. Shim looked at her husband.
Mr. Jung ignored her again, wanting to shut her up. "Minchae."
Chaewon had enough as she slammed her utensils at the table, seeing her father's unpleased actions with her. "I'm done. I'm going to my room." Chaewon abruptly left the dining table and slammed the door to her room.
"Jung Chaewon! Come back here! I did not raise you to be like this-" Mr. Jung's voice boomed across the apartment.
"ENOUGH!" Jaehyun suddenly broke out, heavily breathing. "Father, I am sick of you for treating my sister like shit for the past couple of years. Ever since mom died, all you did was attention to yourself and dragged Chaewon down as if the death of mother was our fault. No one knew she was going to have a heart failure and you need to move on. I hope you know that the reason why Chaewon was alive, was because of me, father."
Mr. Jung stayed silent, absorbing Jaehyun's words as Jaehyun spoke again, scoffing in disbelief. Jaehyun looked at Mrs. Shim as she gave him a smile, encouraging him to stand up to his father more.
"If mother knew you were treating your own daughter like this, how would she feel?" Jaehyun bitterly told him continually. "Even Mrs. Shim- I mean mom treats her better. The reason why Chaewon couldn't treat Mrs. Shim the same was because of you, not letting her build a relationship with Chaewon. Father you are sickening."
Jaehyun then said his last statement before sitting back down before dinner.
"If mom can love Chaewon from heaven, why can't you love her while you're here?"
