“Please let me explain! She’s just a friend! Hey wait!”
Hi, I’m Dennise Michelle Lazaro and obviously, I’m currently running away from my douche ex-boyfriend. Yes, he’s a douche. Oh well, enough of the introductions, I got to get rid first of this scumbag.
“Huh! Friend? Kailan pa naghalikan yung FRIENDS?!” I said while emphasizing the word “FRIENDS”.
“She was the one who initiated it!”
“Yes! That’s the thing! But you responded! I’ve had enough of your lies Mr. Antonio.”
“Den! Please! Listen!” he grabbed my shoulder but I swatted his hand and gave him a thunderous slap.
“I said enough! WE.ARE.DONE Scumbag!” I turned away from him and run as fast as I could leaving him behind, still stunned because of what I said rather did.
Tears kept flowing in my eyes, I don’t know why but I think they have a mind on their own. I don’t know where my feet will take me but I don’t care. I just want to get rid of this feeling.
After how many minutes, or should I say hours? I don’t know. I lost track of time, but I found myself walking around our neighbourhood when suddenly I heard someone singing in the house that is just beside my house. Yes, MY house.

My feet must have a mind of its own because I suddenly found myself standing right in front the door. I don’t know why but the voice is attracting. I was about to hold the knob but the door suddenly opened. I walked my way and found myself standing in a room where the voice is coming from. Wait! Hold it! Why am I here anyway? I was about to turn around when the voice stopped singing and I heard the door opened.
“Who are you?”
I was stunned on my tracks when I saw the person owning that voice.
“Uhmm.. Hello?! Are you still there?”
“Uhhh.. Ahhh.. Yes.. I’m sorry. I’m just passing by when I heard your voice. I’m sorry again.”
