I woke up in with a bad headache, I looked around realizing that this wasn't my house or bed and I these weren't my clothes. I got up and looked around the room, on the dresser there was clothes and a note.
I knew I had to stay calm for the safety of the baby and knowing Rome's temper, I do not want to make him mad. So I went to the bathroom and took a shower, after my shower I did my hair and makeup. When I got dressed I noticed something was different and I didn't have my engagement ring on. I went to the bedroom and search everywhere for it and I couldn't find it. There was a knock on the door and then it open, I turned around.
"Kate?!" I say as I'm surprised to see mine and Liz's best friend that went missing.
"Amira!" She says as she hugs me as she cries.
"What are you doing here?" I asked wanting to know why Rome had her here.
"It's a long story, I'll tell you later. I have to bring you to the dining room now before my boss gets mad." Kate says to me as she opens the bedroom door.
I follow Kate out to the hallway and down the stairs. She leads me through the living room to a double door opens the double and we walk in the room. The dining room looks is big, there's food already on the table and there's an older lady bringing drinks out. I see a high chair and I know that's for River. Kate tells me that this is my chair on the right next to the head on the chair and I follow her and sit down. Kate tells me Rome and River will be down soon, before she leaves. I take a sip of water, while I wait for the two, I was hoping that someone found my note that I hidden. I was pulled out of my thoughts when I heard Rome's voice.
"River if you acted up you can sleep in the basement." I heard Rome say to River. I immediately got up and open the door.
