{𝙰𝚞𝚝𝚑𝚘𝚛'𝚜 𝙿𝚘𝚟}
𝗢𝗰𝘁𝗼𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝟮𝟬
It was 𝟮:𝟯𝟬 in the morning when River got out of her bed and decided to explore the house and get into some mischief. River dragged her bunny chair to the door, stepped up on it and open her bedroom door. Once she stepped down off the chair River made sure she grabbed Mr. Buttons and they went to explore the house. As River was walking down the hallway she saw Thor sleeping on his comfy dog bed. She quietly walked by him trying not to walk him up, but it didn't work.

~𝗥𝗶𝘃𝗲𝗿'𝘀 𝗗𝗼𝗼𝗿 𝗞𝗻𝗼𝗯 𝗶𝗻 𝗥𝗼𝗼𝗺~
Thor got up from is bed and followed the little human. River was heading towards the open baby gate to get downstairs and Thor noticed this. He quickly goes to River and pulls her back away from the stairs. River quietly giggles at him and does it again a couple more times before making it downstairs. Once River made it all the way downstairs, she, Mr. Buttons and Thor went to the kitchen. River turned on the light to the kitchen and saw that the peanut butter was out on the counter.
"Thow 'eanut 'utter!" River says pointing at the peanut butter that's on the counter. Thor puts his front paws on the counter, grabs the peanut butter and hands it to River.
"Fank you." River say hugging Thor and he gave her kisses. She somehow got the lid off of the peanut butter jar, put her whole tiny hand in and scooped it out. She put it on the floor for Thor to eat, then proceed to eat the peanut butter and share it with Mr. Buttons.
River, Thor and Mr.Buttons enjoyed eating the peanut butter together. Then idea popped in the little girls head, she grabbed more peanut butter and started drawing on the floor with the peanut butter. The little 𝟮 year old was having a blast with the peanut butter. It was on the floor, on Thor, and on Mr. Buttons and even in her hair. River couldn't help but laugh at the mess and fun she was making on the kitchen floor.
Pietro woke up around 𝟰:𝟭𝟱 in the morning, because this was the usual time River would wake them up and it was odd that she didn't this time. He quietly got out of bed not waking up his fiancée. Pietro opened the door to his daughter's room and finds her not in there. He doesn't panic because he knows she couldn't have gotten that far. Pietro walks back into the bedroom and gently wakes Amira up.
"Pietro it's too early to be up." Says Amira as she puts the covers over her head.
"I know love, but River's not in her bed." Pietro said as he pulls the covers slightly down.
"What do you mean?" She asked turning the light on and looking at her fiancé.
Pietro explained what was going on and Amira quickly got up and got her robe on. They walked out of the bedroom and noticed that Thor wasn't in sleeping in the hallway like he usually does. So they knew he was with her and that they were somewhere in the house. Amira noticed that the baby gate was open, so they went downstairs and heard faint laughing coming from the kitchen. So they followed their daughter's laughter and once they got there, they saw the mess.
"River Jade RogersBarnes Maximoff! What do you think you're doing?" Asked the girls mother who was shocked to see peanut butter everywhere.
"N'thing mama."Says the little girl with the peanut butter behind her back.
"Let's get you cleaned up my child." Amira says picking up River and taking her upstairs while Thor happily followed behind them.
Amira was giving River and Thor a bath while Pietro was cleaning the kitchen spotless. Amira was explaining to her daughter that she shouldn't be getting into stuff and if she wakes up early, always come into mommy and daddy's room and wake them up. After everything and everyone got cleaned up Amira laid down with her daughter in bed trying to get her to go back to sleep. Pietro came up to the room with Rivers sippy cup full with warm milk. While River was drinking her milk she crawled onto her daddy, she laid her head down to listen to his steady heartbeat and finally fell asleep.
