Nikki's POV

    It was now the afternoon, I was cleaning the counter as I heard the bell rang which meant I had a customer as I looked at the entrance, I saw two familiar boys being Tommy and Tubbo "good afternoon Tommy, Tubbo how are you both doing?" I asked nicely "hi Nikki we are doing pretty good thanks what about you?" Tubbo spoke as Tommy waved hello as I was about to speak I heard a ding which meant the cookies were done "hold on one moment boys I'll be right back, I thinks the cookies are done" I said as Tubbo nodded right after licking his lips making me giggle while going to the oven

I walked towards the oven seeing Fundy with his apron, gloves and hair net on making more dough to make bread "the cookies are ready let me say they smell really good" he said as he sniffed the air "Mhmm, I'll make more later so you can take a fresh batch home" I said as he nodded and smiled showing a sharp tooth, I grabbed my pink oven mitts putting them on, as I opened the oven and grabbed the tray of cookies out I then laid the tray down on a table as I slowly took out the rest since the trays were hot, once I finished I took the mitts off, putting gloves on grabbing another tray and began organizing the cookies once I finished I then walk out to the front as I placed the cookies on the rack

I saw Tubbo and Tommy talking in the corner as Tommy looked up at me, tapped Tubbo's shoulder as they both got up coming up to me "Hi Nikki are the cookies ready?" Tommy spoke as Tubbo looked at the rack "look Tommy the cookies are ready!" Tubbo said in excitement pointing at the rack "What can I get you boys?" I said as they both stared at the cookies "we will both take a small batch of cookies please, we want them for to go this time, please Nikki, we want to take a walk right Tommy?" Tubbo said

I nodded grabbing two small bags and filled them up with cookies "oh.. yeah I heard there is a small river just outside of L'manburg, so Tubbo and I are going there to check it out" Tommy said looking at Tubbo as I nodded handing them the bag of cookies "that sounds like fun I'll probably go with Fundy after closing to check it out, you guys have fun out there and be careful, you can fall in" I said as they nodded we then said our goodbyes as they walked out the door "what sweet kids" I said smiling as I walked to clean the table they were sitting at

    Once I finished cleaning the table the entrance door slammed open scaring the day lights outta me as I turn around to see a shaking yet scared looking Eret "Eret are you okay?, what happened to you, here come sit" I said as he looked scared giving a shaky breath "what happened?, who did this to you?" I asked as Fundy was coming to see what was going on "I- I- I was taking a simple walk like I usually do by the woods since I live near there and I- I- was on my horse and th- then he stopped me" he was very shaky

    Fundy ran inside probably to bring a glass of water to gave it to him "who stopped you? Who was he?" I asked him getting worried as Fundy was coming handing the glass of water to Eret as he took a chair and sat next to me 'I was right' "I- I- I couldn't see his face at all I know is that he wore a mask I- I think it was D- Dream" he finished talking as Fundy got up from his chair startling me

    I watched as he slowly walked back and forth "Dream? The prince Dream? Isn't he died? Wasn't there people going around saying he was at war with another country and died during battle?" I asked as Fundy spoke "Yea it was said he died so how do you know if it's actually him?" Fundy questioned a now more calm Eret who was drinking his water "like I said earlier I don't know if it was him, all I saw was his mask, that creepy smiley face" he said getting chills "he said he was gonna do something to" he said looking at the ground "to who Eret?, tell me please" I said having worry written all over my face as I felt Fundy put a hand on my shoulder to get me to relax "to... Y/n.."

Eret's POV

    Yes it's working! 'You got this Eret, show them your talent' I was facing the ground as I began to make myself tear up "oh my but why her?" I heard Nikki as I heard Fundy "who knows she have been the odd one tho" he spoke as I looked up at them "she isn't odd!, I don't know why he got her but she means something you know! *sniff* this town sees her only as odd or that she doesn't fit in, but do you even know what he is capable of if it's actually him? She is in danger!" I chocked out
