Chapter 44

Dream's POV

"Can't I be my human form for this" I said looking down at my mother who was making a tie as she smile at me "nope, we don't want you transforming in the middle of well you know" she said as I sighed "I know but what if I mess up, what is she doesn't like it?" I began to over think "Don't worry about a thing, you will do just fine, she will love it" she said fixing my suit a bit "mother I'm thinking about telling her about her father, she has to know he is alive" she stopped what she was doing and looked at me "are you sure about this? you know-" "yes i know it means she will end up leaving to find him" i said looking out the window "are you ready to let her go?"

          ~two weeks ago~

     "Clay are you sure we are safe out here?" Y/n said behind me as i look at her "of course we are I come here all the time" i said leading her to a cliff near the castle, once we made it, i stopped and looked at the view seeing Y/n walk towards the edge, i was tempted to push her off slightly to scare her but i knew things would go down hill with plans

"careful you might want to walk away from the edge, i don't want you to fall off now" i said as she looked back at me "oh sorry, the view looks so nice, i couldn't help but admire how beautiful it looks right now especially with the sunset" she said looking back at the sunset, i saw how her hair glowed bright h/c as the sun shined on her, seeing the wind make her loose hair bounce off her slightly because of the wind, she looked lovely

    i then snapped out of it "your right the sunset is lovely this afternoon" i said looking back at the sunset seeing it was getting dark "we should start heading back before they caught us" i said as she looked back at me "aww okay, does anyone else know about this place" she said walking towards me "nope that is why it's our little secret" "hmm our little secret, i like it" she smiled making me underneath my mask

~days later~

i looked everywhere for Y/n to see if she had seen Foolish since mother told me he might've been with her but i couldn't either of them, until i heard yelling, i ran as quick as i could seeing it was Y/n protecting Foolish from a wolf, which tried getting near them, Y/n was swinging what looked like a book in her hand, towards the wolf so it wasn't getting closer, i ran to the front grabbing a near by branch, swinging it hitting the wolf with it, sending it side ways

i looked at Y/n and Foolish "go inside now" i said as she nodded grabbing Foolish and ran inside, just as i turned around to go inside, the wolf comes from behind sticking it's claws into my back, making me yell in pain, i felt warm on my back as i faced Y/n seeing her face me with a scared expression, i used an arm to grab the wolf tossing him into a tree as it just kept coming, i used the stick i had to throw it at it, but dodged it, once again it jumped towards me pushing him to the ground as i used my claws to scratch it as i heard it whimper making it fell to the ground running away, i then turned around hearing footsteps

i was weak on looking to see who it was, all i felt was being carried inside as they sat me down, Y/n then showed up with a bowl with water with a towel as George helped me take my top off "i'm going to clean your wounds so they don't infect, i'll be gentle but this is going to hurt" she said as i nod, George was on one side as Y/n went to the other, just as Y/n placed the towel on one of the wounds i yelled facing her as George held me down "What the heck! you said you would go gentle not put your whole weight gosh!" i said

she stood up facing me "i'm doing what i can to go as gently as possible, now please don't move or it will hurt more" she said as she began once more, making me yell "ouch!" "can't you be still for one sec, i know it hurts, and i'm doing everything i can to not hurt you but having you move around won't help" "well it hurts" "then don't move, it's the least I can do after you saved us back there" she said a bit calmer as I looked at her

   "well" i looked at Sapnap, flinching as Y/n cleaned my wounds as he nodded "i had to do something, i didn't want Foolish or you getting hurt, i also have to thank you for protecting my brother" i said as i felt gentle arms around me, i knew they were Y/n's "you do care about me after all, thank you" i heard from behind making me smile 'guess she does mean something to me'

i turned to face my mother "i'm not sure, do you think she might want to stay after this?" she smiled "i believe she will, if her heart tells her to stay then she will stay, and if it tells her to find her father than she will, both Nick and Y/n will" she said as i nod, knocks were heard after a few seconds after opening "did we interrupt anything?" George said walking in with Nick "not at all boys, we are just finishing up here" mother said looking back at me with a smile "well we just came to let you know Y/n is ready" Nick said

   he walked towards me "you may be the prince of this castle and all, even though i know your mother is also present, i want you to know, you better not say nothing stupid that will hurt her once again alright" Nick said, i was surprised 'first George now Nick okay who's next Punz? Eret?' i thought as i nod "you can stop being so over protective Sapnap, i've learned from my mistake and i promise you it won't happen again" i said with a grin "hmm i'm not being over protective Dream i just don't want my sister getting hurt, like the first days she was here"

   i looked at Nick "Sapnap in the beginning it was different, i had hatred in me, i would yell at anyone who ticked me off, i was selfish, to the point i ended up pushing you guys, my family.. away, we were still close but it just wasn't the same, Y/n arriving here to this castle changed me and made me believe in love again and for that i will confess to her many things, which you will soon know and i hope you understand it" i said with a small smile, i took a deep breath and looked at everything "i'm ready.. it's time"

Y/N's POV

i looked at Eret who had a big smile on my face, as he stood at the door "what are you smiling at?" i smiled walking towards them "well i believe someone would like to take you to the end of the hall towards the stairs" they said, which kind've sounded like if it were instructions for someone "and who may that be?" i said as Eret opened the door wide revealing Foolish in a cute gray suit "aww you look so cute in a suit Foolish, come here" i said

he came closer giving me a hug "you look really pretty Y/n, when my brother sees you, he will fall over heels for you" he said making me look at Eret "Foolish don't say those things" Eret said as i smiled awkwardly "what? that's what George said to Nick when they were walking to my brother's room" i shook my head "Foolish you need to be careful on what you say okay" "but Eret i didn't say anything bad to Y/n, right Y/n?" i nod "your right Foolish, but Eret is also right we don't want any misheard words being said but also thank you about the compliment" i said as he did a little bow as i did a little curtsey, that Eret taught me how to do days ago "will do Y/n, and I believe we are ready, shall we go?" i giggled at Foolish's actions as he rose his arm, as i faced Eret seeing them smile "alright then, let's go" i said as we exit the room making our way towards the hall
