Dog Man: For Whom The Ball Rolls: Petey and Maddie

Chapter 1: Rise of The Planet of The Cats

"Petey! Petey!"

It was an early morning at cat jail, and Big Jim running across the halls with excitement, looking for the orange feline.

"Petey, wake up!" Big Jim ran into Petey's cell, where the latter was sleeping in his bed. "You're on TV! C'mon, You gotta see it!"

Big Jim grabbed Petey's arm and ran back into the hall, dragging him with him. Big Jim stopped running when he got to the TV, where three other cats were watching. Petey was growling in anger from being disturbed.

"Last night's tragedy was narrowly averted..." Sarah was on the TV, reporting events from the last adventure. Sarah spoke as Petey was about to yell at Big Jim for waking him up. "Thanks to the Supa Buddies, but the biggest surprise of the night... Was the heroic bravery of Petey the Cat!"

The last part caught Petey's attention as he watched the news. "Check him out as he, along with Razor Claws, saves these two kids from a raging fire."

The screen shows Maddie, as Razor Claws,  and Petey, carrying two kids, running up to the roof of the theater they and everyone else were trying to save more people.

"I'm so proud of you, Petey," Big Jim said before pulling Petey into a hug. "You're a hero!"

"Cut it out, Big Jim!" Petey said, pushing Big Jim away. "Heroes don't snuggle!"

"Sorry, Petey," Big Jim apologized.

"In related news, seven dogs fugitives also saved a guy," Sarah continued as the cats watched the TV. "The governor was so impressed, she pardoned them. Now all seven dogs are free. Isn't that nice?"

"Gee, that is nice," Big Jim said, and Petey just glanced before glaring at Big Jim.

"What's nice about it?" He asked with annoyance before pointing out. "Those dogs got set free, but I'm still locked up. Where's my pardon?"

"Yeah!"

"Petey's right!"

"Why do dogs get special treatment?"

"I'm hangry!"

Big Jim and the three cats agreed with Petey."I say we unite," Petey started. "And together we shall raised up and overthrow this dog centric society!"

"We're with you, Petey!" The four cats cheered.

"Vive La Révolution!"

Meanwhile, Dog Man and Chief were chasing a thief. "Stop thief!" Chief cried as he and Dog Man chased the thief on the sidewalk.

"No way," the thief said as he ran faster. They were running all day. That was Chief started to grow tired. "Wait up," Chief said before stopping, with Dog Man stopping for him. "It's no use, Dog Man. I can't run anymore. You'll have to catch the bad guy on your own."

Dog Man saluted before running after the thief, barking loudly as he did. Eventually, Dog Man ran the thief into a dead end. He growled as the thief saw nowhere to run.

"Okay, okay," the thief said as Dog Man walked up to him, handcuffs in hands. "I give up."

"But you take me to jail,  I've got something for you. It's here inside my shirt." The thief reached out into his shirt and pulled out a red ball.

"Oh!" Dog Man smiled with excitement as the thief pulled out the ball. "What is it? Is it a ball? Is it a ball? Is it a bally-wally? Who wants a ball? Does  doggy-woggy want a bally-wally? Who wazza ball? Doggy wazza ball? Get da ball! Get it! Wazza bazza ball?"

The more the thief had the ball, the more crazy and playful Dog Man had became. "Are you ready?" The thief asked Dog Man before rolling the ball. "Let's roll!"

Dog Man chased after the ball. Meanwhile, Chief was waiting for Dog Man to come back. "Oh boy, this is gonna be great!" Chief said wonderfully to himself. "Dog Man's gonna catch the crook all by himself. "Now everybody will know what an awesome cop he is. Now they'll know! Now they'll..."

The red ball rolled by Chief, and Dog Man ran into him, sending into the air, and causing his hat, shoes, socks, and police uniform to fly off. Chief landed on the ground, in blue jeans, white tank top, and barefooted.

Chief growled as Dog Man came back with a red ball in his mouth. "What is wrong with you?!" He asked angrily. "That's the third time this week! A bad guy rolls a ball, you chase it, and he gets away!

"GO HOME, DOG MAN!" Dog Man walked away after Chief ordered him.
