"I hope you're right about this" Sam replied, "Or we're gonna land a lot faster than you want to"
Wanda was with Vision, keeping a hand on his arm as they sat together. The jet landed in Wakanda.
"When you said we were going to open Wakanda to the rest of the world, " Okoye started, "this is not what I imagined."
"And what did you imagine?" T'Challa asked
"The Olympics" Okoye said, "Maybe even a Starbucks"
Steve and Natasha walked off first, followed by Sam and Lydia, who looking around in amazement as Sam placed a hand on her back to guide her. Bruce and Rhodey were behind them, Bruce asking, "Should we bow?"
"Yeah, he's a king" Rhodey said seriously
"Seems like I'm always thanking you for something" Steve said to T'Challa
Bruce bowed down, making Rhodey hide a laugh as he questioned him
"Uh, we don't do that here" T'Challa said, putting a hand up, "So how big of an assault should we expect?"
"Uh sir, I think you should expect quite a big assault" Bruce butted in
"How we looking?" Natasha asked
"You will have my Kingsguard." T'Challa said, "the Border Tribe, the Dora Milaje, and.." he pointed to someone walking up as Wanda and Vision were led away
Bucky approached the group, "And a semi-stable 100-year-end man" he and Steve greeting one another in a brief hug
"How you been, Buck?" Steve asked
"Uh, not bad, for the end of the world" Bucky answered, a smile on his face. ------------------------------------------------------
Up in the lab, Shuri did a scan on Vision.
"The structure is polymorphic." Shuri stated,
"Right, we had to attach each neuron non-squentially" Bruce said to her
"Why didn't you just reprogram the synapses to work collectively?" Shuri asked, making Vision look at Bruce
"Because we didn't think of it" Bruce said, almost questionably
"Can you do it?" Wanda asked
"Yes, but there are more than two trillion neurons here" Shuri explained, "One misalignment could cause a cascade of circuit failures. It will take time brother"
"How long?" Steve asked
"As long as you all can give me" Shuri answered,
"Somethings entered the atmosphere" Okoye announced ------------------------------------------------------
"Hey Cap, we got a situation here" Sam said, Bucky and Lydia looking up at the sky
"Oh shit-" Lydia spoke
"God, I love this place" Bucky said
"Yeah, don't start celebrating yet guys, we got more incoming outside the dome" Rhodey announced to everyone -------------------------------------------------------
"It's too late. We need to destroy the stone now" Vision said
"Vision get your ass back on the table" Natasha said
"We will hold them off" T'Challa said
"Wanda, as soon as that stone's out of his head" Steve told her "You blow it to hell"
"I will" Wanda confirmed
"Evacuate the city. Engage all defenses" T'Challa instructed," and get this man a shield" ------------------------------------------------------
