At school, I told my teammates that I would meet up with them at lunch so that we could all discuss the mission.  However, I came across a distraction, which I was never planning to cross by.

"Sunshine!" I heard that very familiar nickname call out to me.

I turned around to see Nathan jogging up to me. I groaned  and continued on my path towards the cafeteria.

"Sunshine, why were you avoiding me this morning?" Nathan asked me as soon as he reached me.

I tried to think of an excuse to get him to leave me alone, but I couldn't.  "I wasn't." I said.

"Yeah, you were. You just walked away from me." He said with a hint of sadness in his voice.

"Well, I have to go." I said and tried to walk away. He didn't let me get away with that because he grabbed my wrist and turned me around to face him.  "You're avoiding me right now. Did I do something wrong?" He asked, confused.

I actually felt bad for him at that moment, but I had to act tough.  If he's part of the gang and I'm hanging out with him, that could put the mission in a bad position.  I'm not sure he's part of the gang though. He was Edward's friend. And that shadowy person was in his house at the party. How could he not know ? And if he doesn't then it means Edward must have known. Everyone we met ever since we got into high school could be seriously suspicious now that Mitchell told me that one of them is in our school.

"You didn't do anything wrong, but I have to go." I said as I tried to walk away, but Nathan had to be stubborn and keep me back.

"Sunshine, just tell me why you're acting this way," he said.  "I'm sorry if I did something wrong. You even left the party early without saying goodbye."

"What are you saying ? I played the game with you. Me, Emma and Rachel all three of us did." I snapped.

He opened his mouth. "But, just talk …"

"I'm going." I said firmly as I turned around and I walked to the cafeteria.  This time, I was able to reach the cafeteria without any distractions. So much of a brave face, if he's innocent then I must have hurt his feelings. I'm sorry Nathan, but right now I don't have any choice.

"So, we all agree on Nathan being the member of the gang, right?" Logan asked all of us.

"Not just Nathan but everyone."  Emma said while I nodded. She drew out a piece of paper from her bag. "Look, I wrote every guy's name that we were with when April saw that shadowy guy."

"You sure it was a guy, cause Logan and I didn't see anyone?" Clark asked seriously.

I nodded. "Yeah, it was a guy. I could easily recognize him by the way he was standing, his dressing and the way he ran. And I bet he must have been the gang member. No ordinary person could do what he did."

"Like vanish into the air ?" Rachel asked.

I nodded again for the third time. Emma placed the paper on the table.

"So, we were dancing," she began. "April was with Nathan, I was with Miles. Edward was there in the dance as well. So, now when April ran up after him, Nathan came to Rachel and me and asked us to play with him."

I leaned in closer so that no one could hear us. "Where were Edward and Miles when this was happening ?"

"They both were downstairs in the dance." Emma said.

"Yeah, I saw them too." Rachel joined in. "Then we went out with Nathan and his friends."

"Who were his friends ? Do you guys know him?" Clark asked.
