Disturbed and confused as I was about the army knife, I couldn't help sleeping. I kept on waking up, rolling over my comfortable bed. The bedside  digital clock showed 4 in the morning and I was as fresh as I had taken 14 hours of sleep already. Pushing my blankets I got up to see if anyone was awake. Rachel's door was closed and locked so I guessed it was a big No! Clark was locked too. I went over to Logan and to my surprise I saw his bedroom door open. Knocking on his door, I peeped inside when no response came. Inside I found him asleep with his hands on his laptop. I thought about creeping away but something stopped me. I was rooted on my spot. It felt like an invisible force was dragging me inside his room. Feeling awkward, I stepped in and walked towards him. He was in such a deep sleep that my presence didn't even make him budge. I crouched low to take a look at his laptop and I was surprised to find some pictures of us. I mean our whole group. He was looking at our old photos. Why was he doing that ? I thought, which made me press forward to see more.

Oh, I miss my old dark hair. We were there laughing and posing in our original selves. Except, there was no Rachel in them. Just the four of us. And then came the next shock waiting for me. I kept on moving forward, when I suddenly began to notice that he had more pictures of me then himself or anybody else. Some were very old ones which I may have forgotten that it was taken yet he still had it. I was caught off guard. Why does he have the majority of pictures of me?  This was unbelievable. Even I myself never had so much collection. And why does he have them in him right now when we are in the middle of our mission ? It was too dangerous. But this dangerous point was not running in the back of my mind. It was my pictures which he had. I was surprised to the core.

A small grunt from him snapped me back. I quickly turned off his laptop, placed it aside. Next I helped him as much as I could without waking him up to get into a more comfortable position. Grabbing his blankets I tucked him inside like a toddler and patted his head. He looked so innocent when he was asleep. I took his fake glasses off and kept them on the side table. He snored softly. Making him comfortable, I quietly crept out of his room. As much as I wanted to talk to someone, I made my way into my own bedroom and laid down. Maybe I'll just corner Emma tomorrow.

Sun rose up and I left for school a little early. No one was up by then and me who had slept, I thought it would be better if I just drove to school myself. Just as I was about to get inside the building I was met with a familiar face.

"Hey sunshine," Nathan held up his hand towards me.

"Hey mister attitude," I snapped walking past him. The events of yesterday swam back to me when he had avoided me from the start.

"You don't look too happy to see me , sunshine." He stated.

"That's because I'm not. " I said simply .

"Ouch." He said with fake sadness in his voice as he placed a hand over his heart .

"Awww. Did I just hurt your feelings?" I asked.

"Yeah." He said, pouting and nodding .

"Oh dear me." I said dropping the worrisome act.

Nathan chuckled. "Sorry about yesterday. I know you're pissed at me because of this, right?"

I faced him. "You're so damn right. Where did you go?" I asked bluntly.

  "What do you mean ?"

"You said that you weren't going to be in math class , so it means that you were somewhere else obviously. Where were you ?"

He shrugged his shoulders.  "I  just had a quick errand to run. Nothing else. Just to let you know, this isn't the first time I skipped classes. "

"I figured." I said, stepping up to my locker. "You're the self proclaimed bad boy so I'm sure you have to keep up that reputation."

"You're a funny one, sunshine. Well, I have to go. I have an appointment with the coach. " He said, beginning to slip away and I stopped him.
