Chapter 4: The Witch of True Cross

(Lilith's p.o.v)

I looked, horrified, at the Uniform Mephisto had given me for cram school. I knew the true cross female uniform was bad but this skirt is shorter than I would have guessed and why did mine have pink knee high socks. My eye twitched as I hear Mephisto's voice ringing through my head.

'I'll let you only go to cram school if you promise I can come with you on your first day'

Was not going to high school here and avoiding bitchy girls worth this?

I looked through the draws full of cloths he bought me. Hoping to find something, anything, better than wearing that skirt and those sock. The top half though it was okay, also changing the whole thing might be pushing it too far. Wish I could wear the male uniform.

"Okay swap the pink socks for purple tights and pink skirt for black shorts" I told myself getting said items out and changing. Once changed I walk into the hall way carrying the black back pack with me. I jumped seeing Mephisto's dog form sitting outside my door. "Was you looking under my door?!" He rolled his eyes before looking at me darkly.

"You’re not wearing your uniform correctly" I glared and crossed my arms.

"Yeah so one little white doggy can't peek up my skirt. This is my uniform get use to it Samael" he glared when I called him his real name and I just used my foot to nudge him away. “Just give me my dam key already, let’s get the first day over with”

“I’ll give you the key when you change into the correct uniform.” I so want to kick him, but I don’t like animal cruelty so he’s lucky he’s a dog right now. Come on think, who else can get you to cram school? “Well I’m wait” but before he could finish I walk to the right, heading to the green door I knew must belong to his younger brother. Hopefully he wouldn’t work that out just yet, this hall also leads to his office, through a magic pink door, and the fount door, that leads to the normal school campus. “What Lilith where are you going!”

“Well you won’t give me a key, there are plenty of other people with those keys. I’m sure one of them would help me. I’m not changing Samael deal with it” I grin as I turn the corner, knocking on Amaimon’s door. “Hey open up.” The door opened slowly revealing the Earth king, dressed in what looks like night ware. “Hey sorry to wake you, could I borrow your key? Samael is being a jerk about my outfit and I don’t wanna be late to class” he blinked looking confused, most likely because he’s tried his control on his emotions are not as good as they normally are. “I’ll give ya these” I pull out the bag of sweets from my school bag and grin when he snatches them, dropping his infinity key in my hand.

“Just bring it back after your lesson”

“Thanks Amaimon, you’re the best. I’ll bring more sweets when I return it” he closed the door and I grinned placing the key in the lock and thinking of the pictures of the cram school hall way I saw in the manga. As I opened the door I hear Mephisto shout and I blinked seeing the hall way on the other side. I look back at Mephisto and stuck my tong out, jumping through the door. Slamming it shut just in time to shut him out. Sure he’ll get in himself later but if I find class quickly I will get off the hook, at some point.
